They had a decent selection and I ended up buying a dress. The price was average to what you'll find at most bridal boutiques. I'm not going to name the person who helped me because she was actually very sweet and tried her best to be a hype person and also a listener. However, she made me promises about how the dress could be altered. Pinned and shoved things around to something very close to my perfect dress and said we could make this happen for you. She recommended a seamstress who could "do it all" only for me to buy the dress, sign the contract, and drive to that very seamstress and be told that she couldn't do half the things promised and that no one could. The seamstress was extremely negative and charged me too much for her work. It was sub par. Very disappointing experience as I spent over $1,000 for dress that wasn't what I wanted. No refunds, only exchanges.... Problem is, if there was something I wanted that it could be exchanged for... I would've gotten it in the first place. After everything was said and done, I had a dress that was 75% what I wanted. Not a great way to run a business.... Brides spend so much money for their vision, don't sell an idea. Especially if you're not sure if it is actually possible just to make a sale. read more

Absolutely amazing! I would give this salon 10 stars, I would! I finished up my appointment early at another salon and they took me early. The consultant Maddie was wonderful! She listened to me for what I was looking for, but she encouraged me to look for gowns on my own as well. She asked so many great questions and I felt the personal service was top notch! I had such a wonderful experience at Brilliant Bridal! Bri was amazing from start to finish. She truly listened to everything I envisioned for my dress and was so attentive throughout the entire appointment. It felt like she genuinely cared about helping me find the dress and I was not just a sale. I originally purchased a fitted dress, but I couldn't stop thinking about the A-line dress I tried on. I went back to the store days later and they let me exchange it right away with no stress or judgment. I never did a review for this place and had such a positive experience in 2016. So why now??? I asked another reviewer to make sure they post their dress after the wedding. Most people don't post their dress for various reason of superstition or surprise. I think it is important to support the businesses that made your wedding day easy. For me that was Brilliant Bridal. I had destination wedding Las Vegas and came to visit venues from Arizona. While in town we scheduled two dress places. This was the first one. I was familar with them as a friend had got her dress in Mesa, AZ. I also had an appointment at the Mesa location but didn't end up needing to shop at that one. Welp I found my dress pretty quickly. It was everything I wanted and 1k under budget. SOLD. I ended up buying the dress even though 2 sizes too small. 5 months later it fit like a glove. Such a good experience and didn't break the bank. If you are trying to find good values, or need a dress ASAP...would recommend this place. I was 5 months before my wedding before I started looking and didn't realize that was considered late to the party. Fun Fact: If you order a dress it can take up to 6 months to be delivered. Even a very common commercial dress takes 3 month, not to include last minute alterations. read more

I had one of the worst experiences at Brilliant Bridal. From the moment I arrived, I had a bad feeling--the location is in a rough part of town with broken glass on the ground outside. When I walked in, I was greeted by a staff member who introduced herself as my stylist. I told her I was looking for A-line and ball gown dresses, but instead of helping me choose options, she instructed me to pick dresses from racks where they were all enclosed in plastic bags. This was shocking, as I've visited five other bridal shops where the stylists actually assisted in selecting dresses. I expressed my concerns about how difficult it was to visualize the dresses while they were in plastic bags. Only then did she reluctantly pick a dress for me, but it was the ugliest one I tried on. Later, I found out this is an off-the-rack/sample store, meaning you can't order new styles--all the dresses are leftovers and frankly, not appealing. I wish it was stated on their website. The final straw was when she referred me to another store, saying it seemed like I didn't like any of the styles. It felt like she was kicking me out rather than genuinely trying to help. I was completely taken aback by the whole experience. Avoid this place at all costs! read more

I am so glad that we met the ladies of this shop at the Bridal Spectacular. They were our first stop when we entered and we were able to make an appointment with them. They mentioned how their dresses are much more reasonable as they have alterations outside of their store. This also means YOU GET TO LEAVE WITH YOUR DRESS THAT DAY!! I made an appointment and my mom and I went. I had done a little bit of research, but also knew I might fall in love with something different than I expected. Maddy was our girl and was so helpful. She looked at some of my interests and let my mom and I look around too. The truth is, the dress I thought I would like, was the one. I am still grateful Maddy had me try on others just to be sure. The dress was an incredible value and I was well under my budget which is always the goal. They then helped me with the next steps and gave me a timeline of when I wanted to begin alterations. They also will steam the dress for you the week of the wedding which was so helpful. I knew people who understood my dress were taking care of it. Brilliant Bridal Staff was amazing, and Kat our consultant was extremely sweet, supportive, and helpful. I felt they had a great assortment of dresses to choose from. My main concern & the reason for leaving a sub par review is the seamstress they referred to me (Dema Bridal to go LLC) as well as the stylist consultant not knowing officially what you can & can't do when it comes to alterations. Basically over promising that a seamstress can change your dress how you want. Not a good sales tactic. I am now working with a new seamstress because Dema will not respond to you (she has your dress, works out of her home) and basically told me no to most things Kat said we could do with the dress. Basically works on over 60 dresses a month and says she can't respond to every single client, well when you have my wedding dress you better be able to communicate with me. Her work was sloppy and overpriced, now with random slits, and holes in my dress. Honesty and communication goes a long way. read more

My mom and I came here on a whim while in Vegas for a different occasion. I had no intention of buying a dress but just to shop and try on for fun. I had seen a dress at the Denver Brilliant Bridal on another bride and was interested in trying it on for myself. I had no idea I would love it so much and end up with it. SERVICE -- Our stylist was Bri. She was amazing. She was personable, asked all the right questions, pulled relevant dresses, and didn't rush us. She even extended her appt time with us so my sister could try one a few more dresses. And after the appointment she wrote a notecard that explained what style we liked and what differences we would need to tell the next store to find the perfect dress. We didn't feel any pressure from her to purchase anything. It was a great experience because we really were able to narrow down what type of dress would look nice on her and make her comfortable and confident. SPACE -- As for the location itself, super clean and cute. We also had privacy--we didn't have to share the space with another bride, so that was nice. Even if we did have to share the space, it wouldn't have been horrible because the stations are spread out far enough. And there was ample parking! PRICES -- Finally, the pricing is reasonable. We saw some beautiful dresses for $95! And these were originally $1500+! They weren't the kind we wanted or not the right size, but if they were, we wouldn't been super lucky. At this location, you get that dress on the rack that day. You don't have to preorder different sizes. Everything was reasonable between the $95 to $2000 range. Most of the ones we saw ranged from $1200-$1800 and had lace, a train, and sequence or beading so there was actual detail on them and they weren't just simple and boring. Reasonable prices for the type of dress we couldn't got if we found the right one! We are still looking around, but we would definitely come back to check out their stock in the future to see if she can say yes to a dress there!!! read more
