You don't have to start out too hard if you're a beginner, and a program can be set up that you enjoy doing. My body has been transformed. I knew a lot about training and exercise before starting, but I learned so much more. You can lose weight if that is your goal. I've observed a lot of their clients lose weight and build muscle. The chef's meal plans are convenient and reasonably priced if you choose to do the meal program, too. The meals plans helped with my weight loss and I believe they can help anyone. If you don't choose the meal plans, you will be given information about what you can eat to meet your goals. Having an experienced trainer observe what you and others are doing is incredible. It is so helpful. Having a trainer keep track of what you do and what you need to do on any given day takes the thinking out of it. It's hard to think about what exercises I need to do, but they will tell you what to do at no additional charge. PPT has towels available for use and water is provided if you don't bring a bottle. There are sanitizing wipes to wipe down equipment. The machines and equipment are quality and I enjoy the set up. The location is not huge like some of these places where you have to walk all over the place to get to the next machine. You can get on one machine and then hop on to the next. The meals on the plan taste good and will help. You can cancel the meals at anytime. You can even just purchase one meal if you want and if they are available. The membership is month to month and reasonably priced compared to the other places. I like the month to month because I started and then you don't want to stop. Most phenomenal training experience ever!!!! I've struggled with weight my whole life, I tried everything - Weight Watchers, fad diets, hot yoga, pure barre, turbo kick, random fitness classes offered by mainstream gyms (read 24 hr fitness), jillian michael dvds, insanity/shaun t videos - personal trainers - the works. He makes meal plans for me so I may reach my goals faster, is quick to correct my posture so I can exercise the correct muscles and avoid injuries, and always gives me reasoning as to why certain changes need to be made. Coming into his gym is like going to your friend's house - everyone becomes a familiar face, is happy to see you, and jokes around. As far as the actual facility, it's small but it's incredibly clean and organized. Isaac also sells snacks, protein bars, shakes, and waters for his clients. I come to the gym 4x a week and each workout is a lot of hard work but it's worth it. Every week, Isaac retakes my body measurements and gives me my numbers to see my progress. Since I've been pretty good about following his diet, I've already seen improvements in the short 3 weeks that I've been there.
