The chef's meal plans are convenient and reasonably priced if you choose to do the meal program, too. The meals plans helped with my weight loss and I believe they can help anyone. If you don't choose the meal plans, you will be given information about what you can eat to meet your goals. Having an experienced trainer observe what you and others are doing is incredible. It is so helpful. Having a trainer keep track of what you do and what you need to do on any given day takes the thinking out of it. It's hard to think about what exercises I need to do, but they will tell you what to do at no additional charge. PPT has towels available for use and water is provided if you don't bring a bottle. There are sanitizing wipes to wipe down equipment. The machines and equipment are quality and I enjoy the set up. The location is not huge like some of these places where you have to walk all over the place to get to the next machine. You can get on one machine and then hop on to the next. The meals on the plan taste good and will help. You can cancel the meals at anytime. You can even just purchase one meal if you want and if they are available. The membership is month to month and reasonably priced compared to the other places. I like the month to month because I started and then you don't want to stop. Most phenomenal training experience ever!!!! I've struggled with weight my whole life, I tried everything - Weight Watchers, fad diets, hot yoga, pure barre, turbo kick, random fitness classes offered by mainstream gyms (read 24 hr fitness), jillian michael dvds, insanity/shaun t videos - personal trainers - the works. I had come from another private gym in Huntington Beach that offered semi-private training at affordable costs, so I was looking for something similar once I moved to Aliso Viejo. I've been going to Precision Fitness for only 3 weeks now and I am SO happy I decided to commit to working out with Isaac here. I really liked my previous gym but didn't realize I wasn't getting the attention and effort I needed to reach my goals until I came to Precision. After my first meeting with Isaac where we discussed my fitness goals and my current diet, he took my body measurements (which was something my other gym never did!). With all the information he was gathering about me, he made a new diet plan to help me reach my goals as soon as possible. He also gave me a small booklet to write down EVERYTHING I eat - which sounds tedious to do but it's well worth it because it holds you accountable and Isaac can monitor your progress to tell you why you are or aren't reaching your goals. Isaac is a very committed, encouraging, and outgoing guy. He sincerely cares about my goals, pushes me (especially when he knows I am not giving my 100%), and is just great company. Isaac is also very knowledgeable when it comes to his job. He makes meal plans for me so I may reach my goals faster, is quick to correct my posture so I can exercise the correct muscles and avoid injuries, and always gives me reasoning as to why certain changes need to be made.
