I asked reasonable questions about why such a simple fix had to be sent elsewhere for so long, especially since the watch has diamonds and I wanted transparency. Instead of explaining the process professionally, the employee completely misjudged me, assumed I would be a problem, and refused to take my watch at all. I was made to feel uncomfortable and treated poorly for no reason. Customers should never be made to feel bad for being cautious with expensive items. If a well known jewelry store can't do basic repairs in house and reacts defensively when asked honest questions, that's a red flag. Do not waste your time or money here. I walked up the block and had the same issue fixed in five minutes for twenty dollars. Enough said. The lady inside is such a disgrace she judges and assumes every single customer and I told her I love buying jewelry. I didn't even know you guys were here and you just lost a potential customer because of how judgmental she was!
