I did not get the ombré look I was looking for & now I am stuck paying $400 a session to remove these eyebrows. To remove the eyebrows hurts more & I am very disappointed in how she has handled the situation. I messaged her back to let her know how one treatment isn't going to cut it and that I need more treatments hoping she would assume her fault and pay for my treatment; but no answer from her. She was very flexible about the appointment time too! She made a point to show me the sealed packaging with the brand new blade instrument (I don't know what the formal name is) in it. I thought that was really nice and professional of her to do. The appointment took 2 and a half hours. Yuliya completely transformed my thin & light eyebrows in to full but natural looking brows. I'm so happy with my results. She microbladed them two days ago so they are still very pigmented. You can tell she really took her time while doing my brows.
