A little over 2 years ago I went elsewhere to have my hair dyed into a pink balayage (tried to test a local salon to me) and after over 7 hours my hair was wrecked, and not the right color at all. Joanna saved my hair! Literally offered to give me what I wanted or discussed my options financially too. I decided let's do blonde cause I've never done it. She warned me it was a slow journey to do it in a healthy manner that would maintain the integrity of my hair. I've never been happier with my hair. I get SO many compliments about how it suits me and everyone asks how they can get this color overnight.
