She takes you through each step of the procedure and calms your nerves. I have been contemplating micro blading for the past couple of years and always chickened-out. After reading her website, reviews and photos on Yelp, and then calling her and having a very pleasant phone conversation, I was convince she was the right choice. I'm so glad I went with my intuition. She takes her time, does not rush through the process, lets you know what's going on, and is very supportive. The whole process is about 3 hours, which includes signing paperwork, discussing the procedure, the markings on your face, my approval of the shape, then the micro blading. She has a gentle touch and a steady hand. When it was finally over and I looked in the mirror and I very pleased! After arriving she had me fill out the normal waxing forms which ask if you are on a medications that would prevent one from being waxed. Her salon space and treatment area is extremely clean. She uses top of the line hard wax. There is no double dipping. You can tell she is very experienced and professional when you are getting waxed. I would return in the future. I hope she adds a manzilian wax in the future.
