Customer service was amazing from the front desk to the technician I had, Kayla. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted, and they look very natural! I also got a lash lift and tint - my natural lashes are already black so the tint didn't make a huge difference but the lift came out good despite my stubborn lashes. Overall, Kayla was a great lash tech and did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The place itself is also beautifully decorated and clean with a relaxing ambience. I hope to come back soon in the future!

I wanted a simple lift and tint; nothing special. I was clear my lashes were stubborn and straight, I went as far as to describe other experiences with other techs that didn't listen to me and my lashes didn't have the desired outcome. Important to note I've had great success with lifts; no other reason to waste $150 which is exactly what I did here. After the "lift" she says they are stubborn, right then I knew she botched it, when I looked they were nowhere near lifted and even more uneven. For a "master" price I expected a master's touch. She offered no rectification or other options. She had the gall to say I could do another in 6 or whatever weeks, are you kidding?! FOR WHAT?! For this, no way. Receptionist who SWORE I'd be happy and she'd do a great job, rushed me through payment with no comment on my obviously lack luster lashes, no mention of the quality of work she promised during booking. It was known I was unhappy and neither of them did anything about it. ALSO, if you look closely there is tint on both of my eyes still. Just don't go here, there are great places with solid professionals who will work to get your desired look, this place isn't one of them.

For years, my wife expressed unhappiness with the thinness and irregularity of her eyebrows. She would spend a lot of time every morning filling them in with an eyebrow pencil. She did a good job, but it took up too much time. When she first mentioned wanting to have her eyebrows tattooed on, I was not supportive. To me, it seemed ridiculous to have something so permanent done. What if one of the tattoos was crooked, too thin, too fat, off-center, or who knows what? Ultimately, it was her decision to make. When she finally decided to commit to visiting BrowBeat, I was blown away by the final result. I also learned that the process is called microblading, and it is not the same as traditional tattooing. Microblading does require touchups over time, as fading occurs. This is actually a good thing, since it enables the shape of the eyebrow to be slowly modified if desired as the years progress. My wife's eyebrows look so natural that it's hard to believe she had anything done. There is nothing unnatural about the final result. I came in for a new set of lashes installed over a month ago…read more Very nice and clean facility with friendly and professional staff. I received a $100 discount as a new customer but was quoted $150.00 (with the discount applied already) for a hybrid set... I thought it was a bit overpriced ($250 regular price for hybrid). I gave them a shot anyway. Sadly my lashes started to fall off within 2-3 days so they only looked full for about 1 week. I'll be looking around for a new location to try.

I had found Erika's Microblading Studio after looking into all the studios nearby Southlake area…read more After seeing her before and after photos from her website and Instagram, I thought she offered the best quality of natural looking brows. Unfortunately, I was wrong. When you pay for Erika's microblading services, you pay for two sessions. After both sessions, my eyebrows came out uneven. I voiced my concerns to Erika after my second session that I thought there were lighter spots on both ends of on my right eyebrow. She assured me that it looked even this way and that it would match my left eyebrow. I was hesitant, but I trusted her word, as she is the specialist. Two weeks after my second session, I noticed that it was definitely not the case and my right eyebrow was looking significantly lighter with bald spots. I waited two more weeks to make sure that my eyebrows were completely healed and to see if anything would change, but my right eyebrow stayed looking uneven with bald spots. I tried calling Erika to ask if she can fix this, but I was told that I had to pay additional fees to go in to get my eyebrows fixed, as she claims that some people's skin don't take in color as well. I understand this argument, except my skin took in the color well on my left eyebrow as well as both my eyelines, which I also had done with Erika. I feel like it is unfair for me to have to pay a fee to correct a mistake on Erika's part. Erika's studio charges the highest fees near Southlake for semi permanent makeup services. Her rate was steep, but I was initially convinced that it was worth the price for her quality of work. I was very wrong. Now, I am stuck with uneven eyebrows having paid more than I would had I gone anywhere else and I have to either pay Erika even more to fix a mistake that she made, or pay someone else to fix Erika's mistake. I recommend you look elsewhere if you are looking for permanent or semi permanent makeup done, because this is not the place to go.

It's hard enough being a guy and not really knowing the right terms for what you are wanting done but luckily I called this place and even thought they had never seen somebody with my condition before, Erika was more than willing to help and I appreciate it so much. It made me feel some hope even though what we are doing is experimental for my skin, the fact that she even took the time was simply Incredible. Other places told me to go to a dermatologist but she actually tried to formulate a plan that might work for me and even if it doesn't the effort that was put in has made me a loyal customer and I will send all my friends and family here for all their skin care needs.

Lily was the first stylist I came to after 10 years where I walked out extremely happy with my hair cut. With COVID, she is NOT accepting walk-ins so make sure to call ahead. I called and left a VM, and within a couple of hours she responded and was able to squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon. She does get pretty busy near the weekends though, so don't wait last minute like I did! The suite is located within the Delaney Salon, so when you enter, take a right and she's easy to find. I brought a picture of the long bob style I wanted and she was able to follow exactly what I wanted, even providing suggestions for my specific hair type. I know she was meticulous, taking approx an hour to make sure everything looked perfect. I was even impressed with the blowout at the end, I never felt the heat of the blow dryer against my scalp. Lily is SUCH a sweet lady and will converse with you the entire appt. She deserves 5 stars and more.
