Sadly, my recent visit was disappointing. I came in with a request for a haircut and all over color. I have brown hair and just wanted to even it out. Big mistake lol. I encountered challenges with the coloring process, resulting in overly processed roots and an uncomfortable experience with the stylist. Their approach was quite rough, causing soreness on my scalp due to aggressive scrubbing when washing my head. After we finished taking the color out, I noticed immediately the orange roots. Despite raising concerns about the uneven color, i was dismissed. I then refused a haircut and the stylist's then started to straighten my wet hair, leading to audible sizzling sounds during the process. I had to tell him it was wet!! Whether this was a lack of experience or malicious, it is seriously insane that a hair stylist would do something like this. I wasn't asking for much but a uniform single color dye job. I know hot roots can be an issue but he didn't even offer to fix it instead tried to tell me to wash it a few times to fix the issue??? When I asked him how would washing it fix anything, he told me it wasn't that different. The language barrier made the issue even worse, it made effective communication challenging. The overall outcome left my hair in a worse condition than before the appointment, and the cost of $160 for this experience was crazy. Not sure of the stylists name but all of the stylists in the salon saw the hair color and did not say anything so I guess this is the standard here.

Finally a trendy, modern salon in the Lewisville area the reminds me of where I used to go in NY/NJ. It's a bit tricky to find as it's on the 2nd floor of Zion Market / Food Court inside Music City Mall. Stylist Sean did a great job of getting my 2-year old and I matching cuts. He also got did an awesome job coloring my hair to get rid of all my grays (I have a lot!) Highly recommended! Super professional!

Yuri is the best!! She did an amazing job. She is also secretly a BTS Army. Spent 6 hours and it was well worth it. The place is spotless and the entire staff are friendly. The massages and hair washes put me to sleep because it was that good of a service! Will definitely be back.

Yuri gave me the best cut and color I've ever had! She is experienced and I followed her from K town in Carrolton. She made sure that my white roots were covered but still preserved my scalp. So impressed!!!

Had an impromptu haircut and I absolutely loved it! Service was great and I'd definitely come back here. I've been in Dallas for about 7 years and I can easily say I've just found my salon. LOOK FOR SEAN!!

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR COLORED HERE. I saw another 1 star review and that should have stopped me from going. But here's another 1 star review to stop you. Appointment date: 7/11/2022 Stylist: Hyunah Quoted price for color: $360 (not including tip) -Came in for a full color job Showed stylist what type of color I wanted to get (peach brown/ reddish orange brown). She proceeds to take a photo of the picture on my phone and tells me its because they don't have this color hair dye and she needs to consult on how to make it. After consulting another stylist (I believe was Yuri the owner or manager of salon) she shows me the color chart and explains the proceeders she's going to take - $180 bleaching my hair to achieve overall lightness and to even out previously color, and then $180 dyeing the hair to the desired color. After bleaching my hair which lifted fairly evenly she coats it in HOT PINK dye. Shocked at the color I tell her the color of the dye was surprising. I decided to "trust the process" because obviously this professional should know what she is doing. She then sat me in a different area telling me the color takes a while to really saturate. After rinsing the hair dye out my hair was NEON ORANGE AND NEON HOT PINK. NEON LIKE MANIC PANIC NEON. She then proceeds to dry my hair and pulls out the round brush as if she's going to start a blow out. I stop her and ask her if she's going to do a top coat or a different dye over it and why she's trying to blow out my hair. She replies that she could if I wanted and that it did come out a little bit lighter than the photo she took of my phone. In disbelief I showed her the photo I wanted again and asked HOW she could think these are even relatively the same color. I ask her to pull out the color chart again and show her the color we agreed on. She then goes back to the front desk to consult the other stylist (whom I believe was the manager) Finally comes back to me with a new mixed dye. Seeing how this would be the THIRD time my hair is being processed this day I asked her if she was sure that this dye would achieve the color I showed her on the chart. AGAIN she insisted that the photo she took of my phone was brighter than what I was asking for and she was focusing on a "peach brown". MY HAIR WAS NEON no brown to be found. Furious I walked out. There was no way I was going to insure my hair to her for a third time when she clearly had no idea what she was doing. The unprofessionalism exemplified from this stylist is unmatched to 20+ years of salon experience. Insisting that the color of the photo was even similar to the damage she had done to my hair. I can understand if the results don't come out as expected. But as a professional she should have offered different solutions to the problem not try and say that the result is what I asked for. . I believe the photos will speak for themselves. It's even more neon in person.

All I can say is WOW! Huge shout out to Andy, the director of the salon! He is my hair savior!!!! The before picture shows the skill of someone who doesn't know how to do hair (me) vs. the after showing how a pro does it!! Thank you so much for squeezing me in last minute during my hair crisis Andy!!

This salon was such a nice place. I felt like staying a trendy hair salon in NYC but it was in Louisville, Dallas. Miss NYC lol. Sean did a great job for my hair. Their equipment is brand new so my hair didn't get damaged at all. Super friendly staffs Highly recommend this gorgeous salon.

    I am so satisfied!!

I was open to a solid full color if matching my current color wasn't possible and perhaps a trim. When I called for an Anthony mentioned in reviews, I was told he's no longer here but the other ladies are experienced. I booked an appointment and came in over the weekend. I'll admit letting someone new do anything to my hair is nerve wrecking. I ended up spending 3 hours here and paid for a laundry list of services (color, partial highlight, low lights, toner, cut, blow dry). I was shocked when it was time to pay, $350 + tip totaling nearly $400. I haven't had highlights or low lights since high school! Maybe it's a thing here, I'm just not personally into it. I really like to keep things as natural as possible and don't like putting bleach or anything along those lines in my hair. I got home and cried to my best friend trying to explain I had stripes in my hair now and they look orange. My hair is naturally curly and not a lot of people know how to blow dry or flat iron my hair properly. I felt horrible that I was charged for a blow dry because as soon as I got home I immediately got in the shower to wash all of the product out of my hair, that was put in, in an effort to blow dry it. It wasn't sectioned and blow dried or flat ironed and it felt like a mess. It was also trimmed after this, so now that I've blow dried it and flat ironed it out there is a questionable section that appears to need to be trimmed. I typically get a dry cut after a Brazilian blow out so my hair is completely straight for it. I really wanted a Brazilian blow out until I found out that would be $350! I could have flown home to my girl in LA for my roots, and a Brazilian for less than this. Call me crazy but no hair appointment should be over $800. The girl who does my color, cut and Brazilian would loose her marbles if I told her this. All in all this just isn't a style or look I like or would want to pay to keep up. I feel like as soon as I need my roots done, it would be so obvious that I needed more stripes or whatever all of this is called vs just a solid root color. I'd hate to immediately go pay for a solid color to be put over the $400 service I just paid for but at the same time it doesn't feel like me at all. Although subtle enough (which again, why did this cost so much?!?) that most may not notice, I know that I never have this done to my hair. I saw a bunch of clients coming in which is great for them but this salon isn't going to be the one for me as often as my hair grows the price for services is just outrageous compared to what I'm used to paying. I like the solid dark brown sections and I'm completely confused as to how I had all of this excess going on when I specifically booked a root touch up or solid color and trim. Sometimes you feel a bit taken advantage of when things like this happen.
