But once we signed the contract in April 2025, it dropped off completely. We weren't told when the work would start, and despite several phone calls where I was told someone would "let us know soon," no one followed up. The lack of communication was frustrating on its own, but then I came home one day to find wood scraps, 2x4s, and roofing tiles dumped on my lawn--with no notice. I figured they'd be back the next day to handle it. Two days later, nothing. I had to move the boards myself to avoid killing the grass. About a week later, the work was finally done, but they left behind a giant pile of demo debris. Coke bottles, demo from the solar panels, nails, and other junk. I waited a day. No cleanup. I called again and was told someone would get back to me. I followed up with a couple of emails and finally said how unhappy I was. Only then did someone confirm it would be cleaned up the next day. To their credit, it was. But they left behind a completely destroyed patch of lawn, probably 6 foot by 4 ft. The grass is completely dead, and given how hot the weather has been, I don't forsee being able to fix it until the end of August. If they had just communicated, I could have told them where to put their materials without damaging the yard. As for the roof itself, I can't speak to the quality yet. It looks fine from the outside, but we haven't had any heavy rain since the install.

I know it worked while they were working on our deck because they used the outlet on the deck for their power tools. My husband went into their office twice to tell them about it and called once. No calls, no text and totally forgot about me. If I did not leave a message or call, they would have never called me back. If one customer doesn't matter then none do. So do not do business with them. And I told them I would find someone else. If I did not show up to work with a no call no show, I would be fired. And I am sorry would not work. Do not recommend because if they cannot do the most simple thing right, just show up, then I can't trust them.

This company services my neighbor's lawn. Our homes are very close and they bring their industrial…read moremower in between our homes to cut my neighbor's backyard. Their industrial mower kicked a rock from the yard into my basement window and shattered it. We noticed after they mowed that the window was damaged. I asked my neighbor to contact them, but never heard a thing and had to contact them myself. They are claiming they did not do the damage, but industrial mowers can fling a rock up to 200 mph. The damage is unmistakably caused by a rock flung into the window at high speeds. We cut our own yard and do not use a service, they are the only company bringing something at high speed through the area. They are stating they spoke to the crew and the crew claims they did not do it. Once again, the window is under the home, no one can hear anything on those huge mowers and there is no other explanation for the cause of the damage. It was noticed after they mowed. I find that this is a lack of integrity. As a business owner myself, the fact that they are not assuming responsibility for something that can not be explained by anything else shows to me a lack of integrity. I absolutely wouldn't want a business caring for my property if they can't care for the property of others, especially the homes nearby. As a homeowner myself I don't want to be responsible for a business that operates carelessly and doesn't own up to their mistakes. I wouldn't want to be partially responsible for damage done to my neighbor's home for a business I hire. Mistakes happen, but not taking care for them is what shows who you are as a business.

One of the co-owners came out and was quite pleasant as we discussed options while he measured. HOWEVER, he NEVER provided the estimate. After 4 weeks and 5 phones calls from me asking for the estimate (or a status on the estimate) we give up! At least we found out they have inadequate follow-through before hiring them to do our home.
