Don came the afternoon I called to check out my roof. After he inspected the roof, he explained what need to be done. The next afternoon he was here with an estimate for the repair, as well as an estimate for a complete roof if I decided to replace the whole roof at a later date (which I will be doing in the spring). The crew that repaired the roof were efficient and cleaned up the area when they were finished. All the employees ( Don, Jake the project manager and the office staff) I had contact with were extremely responsive, efficient and friendly. First of all, their communication is so easy and quick. I texted with them through the whole process, and they were SO helpful. Second, their timing. They do quotes with aerial view, so you get the quote SO quick, and then on their calendar almost just as quick! Between reaching out and the job being complete, it was like a week. I was amazed. Their prices were spot on, and actually a slightly better deal for the quality, than most of the other companies I was working with. Lastly, they didn't require a deposit, which isn't a deal breaker for me BUT a lot of other companies requires 50% down just to schedule and it felt so sketchy.
