This was a REAL hot stone massage! I am in physical therapy for my back and neck and have been…read morestruggling to get the muscles to release enough for the therapy to work. I was referred here from someone else. I normally don't see men, but decided to take a chance sine the time slot was perfect. So glad I did. Hedley was amazing. He uses the hot stones to massage you instead of just laying them on your back in a pretty line. The technique was amazing. Hands down one of the best massages I've ever had. I highly recommend Hedley.

If I could give no star to this place I would. This place really sucks! DO NOT buy any Groupon or…read moredeals or gift card from this place as you will regret it. I prepaid for a darn massage and have never been able to use it because they implemented this scam tiered massage therapist program. If you have any other Tier other than 1 you have to pay extra. Mind you this is already on top of the $50 or $60 that you pay for a freaking mediocre massage. Then when you want a tier 1 massage the schedule is limited. I live an hour away and coming to this place is Not convenient. So let me tell you why I am pissed at this place. Scheduled a massage with them for 530pm, got a call the same day at 330pm to say therapist is sick and will cancel. Mind you I have a job and can't check my phone all the time. Got here and be darn, the massage is cancelled. Walked in to see if I could just get someone else to do my massage even if it means I have to pay more because I drove an hour here, but this place is empty. No receptionist, no other therapist and not even one person is working out in their gym. What kind of a scam business is this!!! I know the therapist was not sick, it was just not convenient for him because the day before they called me to see if I would come in earlier. I told them I would if I could but I can't because of the distance from my job. I confirmed with them, if this means they are cancelling my appointment and they said no. The day after they cancelled. Very "unprofessional" business. Extremely dislike. I am going to write to the owner for a refund so I don't have to visit this establishment ever again.

I canceled immediately and have not seen my processed refund. I have called, emailed, and texted the business, by I have not received any word. This lack of communication can really hurt a business's reputation. I finally received the refund on Saturday after numerous attempts.

I have to say I really liked this yoga studio and absolutely loved the yoga instructor Charlene. A…read morewhile back in the midst of covid yelp would have questions up for establishments asking if they practice social distancing, covid protocols, stuff like that. Well I answered one of the questions and said no they don't follow social distancing or something like that b/c they didn't. I had been to other yoga studios in the area and they cut their class sizes in half to help distance people but yoga by blosstopia did not. Well I guess the owner, Lana, didn't like my response because she found my info in their database, since I attended classes there, and called me to discuss my "review" which wasn't even a review. It was just simply an answer to a question. I was very cautious during that time b/c I worked with people who were higher risk and couldn't afford to get covid myself so I always wore a mask when I was there which was fine. I don't expect other people to mask but it would have been nice if we weren't packed in there like sardines. (Side note - the floors are not padded at all, it's just concrete with peel and stick vinyl planks laid down so be sure to bring two yoga mats b/c it's hard on the knees.) She did ask if I'd like to zoom into the class if I wasn't comfortable and I told her that I was fine wearing a mask in class. I just thought it was important for people to know what they would be walking into before spending the money. She seemed very defensive and almost pissed that I told people the truth. I think the studio has changed owners since then and I hope to go back and see if things have changed for the better.
