And yet-here we are. This was, without exaggeration, the best root canal of my life. I know how that sounds. I hear it too. But I was so relaxed during the procedure I genuinely considered asking if they offered overnight stays. At one point I thought, "Is this what peace feels like?" I have three teenagers, so I don't throw that word around lightly. It wasn't Hawaii... but emotionally? It was at least a quiet Airbnb with no one calling my name. The care, the calm, the precision-10/10. Would trust them with my teeth, my sanity, and possibly my next vacation.

Called again and spoke to a very rude, unprofessional receptionist with someone else in the background shouting loudly in their office, and it was impossible to get through this call. This office staff needs to have some serious customer service education, and etiquette when answering phones. It would also help to call your patients back when they leave you a message for an appointment.

We called in and spoke with Eliza, who was absolutely wonderful; she was so pleasant and kind, and incredibly, she managed to fit us in within just a couple of hours. The care we received once we arrived was top-tier. Yvonne, the dental assistant, was amazing from the very beginning. She went above and beyond to make our daughter, Farrah, feel comfortable and at ease during a very scary moment. Dr. Kwon is a true professional - he was so gentle and performed a partial root canal suited for her young age, and even bonded her teeth back together. His work is beautiful, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients. The office is also modern, nice, and very clean. If you need specialty dental work, I highly recommend this practice!

Behgum was patient and accommodating during my consultation as I struggle with X-rays. Dr Dianat thoroughly explained my options and even called my dentist to discuss my treatment. I was a bit undecided on my treatment option but his entire staff was patient and supportive - even drawing up two treatment plans and explaining the cost differences to me (thanks Kim and Lailia). I ended getting a root canal (my first one) and the process from start to finish was painless and the best experience one could hope for. Behgum assisted during my root canal and made me feel at ease right from the preparation stages. She is kind and provides intentional care throughout the process, checking in to make sure I was ok and explaining where we were in the process. She helped me through at least six X-rays and it was a breeze! Everyone showed kindness, support and the highest level of care. At the advice of my regular dentist we needed to get a root canal. We went to one consult which did not go well. The Endodontist informed me in order for my son to have a root canal he needed sedation. I did not agree as he is really calm and compliant. He does have epilepsy and cognitive delay but I felt he would do ok as long as he was numbed correctly and he felt comfortable. I honestly got the impression he just did not want to do it. So I spent the next week trying to find another option. I decided to go with Dr. Dianat based on my conversation with his staff and patient reviews. Dr. Dianat was absolutely amazing with my special needs child during a root canal procedure. From the moment we arrived, he showed incredible patience, kindness, and understanding, which immediately helped put both my child and me at ease. He took the time to explain everything clearly, worked gently, and made sure my child felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. I am beyond grateful we found Dr. Dianat and he exceeded all my expectations. The procedure went smoothly, and the care and professionalism we received were outstanding. Kim from his office called me today (next day after procedure) to check on him. 11-18-2025…read more Had a complete oral exam, and had to have a root canal done... Remember people, you're having oral work done in your mouth, so you're going to be nervous / cautious... Dr. Fowler is a straight shooter, no pun intended, he walked me through the entire process, asked me if I had any questions, and or concerns, and I said, what about the pain... He assured me, "I Got You", if you feel ANY pain, just raise your left hand and we'll adjust as needed... He numbed me up and just told me to relax, because he saw me tensing up when the needles came out, HOWEVER, there was no pain during the numbing process... I raised my hand ONCE, he adjusted, I didn't have any concerns and he finished like the professional that he is... I had zero pain when I left his office, I actually went out to eat directly after I left his office... I picked up my medication and took it as prescribed and had zero pain since ... I would return and or recommend Dr. Fowler's office to ANY of my family members... Side Note, the staff were great and professional also...

It was my first time experiencing such excruciating tooth pain and I was naturally scared and anxious because I had never had a root canal done before. When I came to MVE, they were running late as the patient before me had complications. I had another place to be right after because I needed to sing for a previously scheduled event. Luckily, the lovely Minna Chun (who is no longer at MVE) assisted me, listened to my concerns, and had me out by the dental office in time for my singing gig! During the root canal, I was surprisingly relaxed and it was quicker than I thought! Although my procedure was over 13 months ago, I wanted to post this review for the business as their entire staff was great that day.
