I purchased my 2016 Kia Optima from this dealership as a pre-owned vehicle about 4-5 years ago, and it currently has only around 90,000 miles. I've now had both passenger-side windows fail -- first the rear passenger window stopped working, and now the front passenger window completely dropped into the door and won't roll back up. I'm struggling to understand how a vehicle with under 100k miles ends up with multiple window motor/regulator failures. After doing research, I found many owners reporting similar issues, which makes this seem like more than normal wear and tear. I reached out to both the dealership and Kia hoping for some goodwill assistance due to the repeated failures. Instead of receiving meaningful help, I was told I needed to pay for diagnostics and was given an estimate of roughly $2,300 to replace both passenger-side window assemblies and motors. What made this experience even more disappointing was feeling like dealership management showed little interest in helping despite me purchasing the vehicle through them and being a long-term customer. I asked whether any assistance, goodwill repair options, or cost-sharing could be considered and was essentially told I would be responsible for the full amount. I was already unhappy with the price I paid when I originally purchased the vehicle and felt I paid a premium expecting quality and support. It's really frustrating when you have been bringing your vehicles to the same dealership for oil changes and you find out they have not been topping off, yet alone even checking the fluid levels which are customary/included and should be done when paying for an oil change. I was called by the dealership that my vehicle was ready so I dropped what I was doing to come pick it up. I had noticed on my own that some of the fluids were low so when I picked up the vehicle at checkout I asked what my fluid levels were at, only to be told that they had not been checked today, which is customary when paying almost $100 for an oil change. I'm furious, I could have gone to a cheap little hole in the wall or drive through oil change place. Yet I come to the dealership thinking I'm paying for the "best" ‍ The technician had to come out and check my vehicle while I waited. (I wish The tech Bryan Ramirez, had done his job completely/correctly the first time around.) Please be cautious and make sure you're really getting what you paid for when getting your oil change service done at this location. I took my car in for an issue with my oil pressure gauge and an oil change. I had to schedule the appointment on line because they do not answer their phones and the Service Dept. voice mail is always full. I dropped my car off on a Monday and was told it would be 2:3 days as they are short handed. I didn't hear anything by Friday so I tried to reach out via phone, (same issue no answer) sent a text message for status. I did get a return call the service tech was working on my car, but it wouldn't be ready until Monday. It was finally ready on Monday, but they closed at 5:00 pm. I picked up my car the next day and was told it was all fixed and the oil change was done. I was on my lunch hour so I was in a bit of a hurry. When I was driving back to work I noticed that the oil change sticker had not been updated and neither had the oil change information in the car. I called the dealership and requested a call from a manager. The manager did call me back and said I could bring the car back and they would show me my oil, "It wouldn't show completely clean since it had run through the engine" There is no way to know if they changed my oil, but I'm thinking they did not. $100.00 for nothing i will not be back as I do not trust their work. read more

We allowed them to run our credit in order to see monthly payments. We had excellent credit and they came back with an offer that was ridiculous. There is nothing but scumbags at this dealership. Our truck was brought here on 07/19. We were told it would take 10 days to complete. That was after the service guy told me that it was going to take awhile to diagnose it. Two weeks later we still hadn't heard anything. I called to check status, no one answered. I called over and over again, still no answer. Finally in the afternoon after 20 or more repeated calls I finally spoke with a representative in the service department. I was told that they were waiting on the warranty company to approve the repairs. I was told that the service representative assigned to our truck was on vacation and that the service tech couldn't get into his emails to see if the repairs were approved. Not acceptable. I decided to call the warranty company myself and to my surprise, I was told that that the request for repairs wasn't submitted until 07/26/2022 from the dealership. This means that my truck sat there for 7 days until the repair request was submitted. The warranty company stated that request it was missing information so they sent it back to the service department requesting more information and the service department hadn't responded. This was another week the truck was sitting there. I called the following day when Andrew (the tech in charge of our truck) returned from vacation. He stated that he was waiting on the response from the warranty company still, Lie#1. I was not happy with his answer and requested that he give us a rental. He stated that there were no rentals available. In the two weeks that we had the truck there, no rentals came in, I find this really hard to believe. I rented a vehicle out of pocket because my son had to go to work and there was no other way around it. The warranty approved the repairs the same day Andrew came back from vacation. Another week went by, no response from the service department. I called again. Again almost impossible to get through. I was then told that the part they needed was on back order and that they were going to get it from another dealership. I was told that the truck would be ready in 2 days. 2 days later I called and was told that they were unable to retrieve the part from the other dealership. To keep this review from going on any further, lets just say that long story short, I didn't get our truck back until 08/18/2022. I couldn't get honest answers and they kept delaying and not taking any responsibility for the issue. They do not communicate with the customers, They DO NOT answer their phone, which is frustrating as hell. I paid around $1,000 for a rental out of pocket because in over a month, they supposedly had nothing to give us. When I asked for some kind of relief I was told that they supposedly discounted the flush they suggested. Which cost $195.00 considering when they first talked to me they told me $138.00 I am not sure how that is a discount but whatever, I was just happy to get my truck out of this crap hole of a dealership. I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change prior to arriving rather then just a walk in. Appointment was at 11:30AM. They didn't finish my car until 3:20 , they didn't offer a waiting lobby so I was outside in the sun for hours. The service attendant came out and stared it was almost done every other hour. They did not let me know the turnaround time or else I would have just dropped off the car. The sign in the front says fast oil changes. This has to be the slowest oil change I have ever got. We called in about a Tesla they had on trade-in at about 12:00pm, and we requested a same-day appointment at 2:00pm. We were first helped by Adam, who is one of the nicest guys out there! Rosalio took over from there and took us for a a test drive, which by the way, was pretty smooth. I had never driven an electric vehicle before, so I had him drive off the lot. He in no way tried to "show off" the speed of the car, and was totally honest about everything. I asked if child car seats will fit in the back seat, and he told me "I have room back here, I think one or two will be okay, but definitely not three, so think about that." He worked with us to figure out the specs and technology, answered all of my questions, and even stood outside with us to help us figure out how to use some of the features.This is a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealership, with a connected Kia dealership not a Tesla dealership, so we all had questions. Rosalio even stood outside calling Tesla when I was confused about a feature. He was the best, we got it all figured out no problem! I feel bad for Rosalio, because I will probably be back within a year or so asking specifically for him to help me buy/preorder my dad a truck as a surprise gift. When my husband decides it's time, he'll probably even call up Rosalio to help him configure and order this Ram TRX he's been wanting--If it ever is possible in the future. Man, where to begin. I booked an appointment for a simple oil change a few days ago with this place. I had asked about a coupon for the service I seen on their website for $29.99. The employee ensured me that the coupon was good to just bring it in when I come in. He took all my car specs which was for a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. Never once did he mention anything special about the cost or any special service/oil for the vehicle. Came in today (7/18/2020) for the scheduled appointment at 830(ish), the service rep JOHNNY GARCIA was helpful for the most point... Until it came down to paying. The cost went from 29.99 for the oil change to $80+ because it needed "synthetic" oil. I added a tire rotation so I understand that cost. But for them not to honor the coupon that was specifically talked about while making the appointment is ridiculous. All I got was "well I don't know what to tell you bro, it needed synthetic". The price was originally $66,360 and had a deep dealership discount of $6,299. Came in test drove it, sat down to make a deal, they added $1,299 for a five year protection for paint and interior which...okay I can live with that, since I know you're keeping that in your pockets cause that addition would cost the dealership close to nothing to add that, but since we're getting a good deal...so I thought, we'd let that go. The sales person comes back (not gonna name names since he seems like a decent guy) and says that the discount was put online by mistake and that they won't honor that discount...so suffice to say If you believe the dealer has engaged in false advertising, omitted required disclosures, or otherwise broken the law, we will file a complaint with California state consumer protection agency, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Better Business Bureau. I would be nicer if they actually decided to honor that price and it was a "mistake". But since they blatantly said they would not honor it, kinda pissed me off.
