I bought a 2008 BMW 535i and it was the best deal! I received the best service and I highly recommend to visit Katana Motors!

Just purchased a Kia Carnival and had an outstanding experience. Axel was knowledgeable, efficient,…read moreand made the process simple with no unnecessary back and forth. Pricing was the best I found and very fair. Michael in financing was calm, respectful, and explained everything clearly without any pressure. I chose a couple of add ons, but the conversation felt genuine and informative. In and out in about 90 minutes, which is impressive. Easily one of the smoothest car purchases I have had. Highly recommend.

I purchased my 2016 Kia Optima from this dealership as a pre-owned vehicle about 4-5 years ago, and…read moreit currently has only around 90,000 miles. I've now had both passenger-side windows fail -- first the rear passenger window stopped working, and now the front passenger window completely dropped into the door and won't roll back up. I'm struggling to understand how a vehicle with under 100k miles ends up with multiple window motor/regulator failures. After doing research, I found many owners reporting similar issues, which makes this seem like more than normal wear and tear. I reached out to both the dealership and Kia hoping for some goodwill assistance due to the repeated failures. Instead of receiving meaningful help, I was told I needed to pay for diagnostics and was given an estimate of roughly $2,300 to replace both passenger-side window assemblies and motors. What made this experience even more disappointing was feeling like dealership management showed little interest in helping despite me purchasing the vehicle through them and being a long-term customer. I asked whether any assistance, goodwill repair options, or cost-sharing could be considered and was essentially told I would be responsible for the full amount. I was already unhappy with the price I paid when I originally purchased the vehicle and felt I paid a premium expecting quality and support. Having major repeated failures like this before 100,000 miles and then receiving no meaningful help has been extremely frustrating. I expected better reliability and better customer care.

We were looking for a small work truck for my husband's business, we found a small Toyota tacoma online. My husband called premium used car and was helped by Jorge. He answered all our questions over the phone we decided to drive to Perris and get the truck. Once there we got a discount on top of the price for paying the full amount up front. This vehicle came with warranty on top of everything. Alex answered all our questions and was very helpful and informative. This was an easy and straightforward transaction. They were very accommodating as we arrived near closing time, but it didn't matter we were still helped and not rushed at all. We will definitely be using this dealer again for all of our business vehicle needs.

This is a much bigger downgrade then what i had, this car came covered in rust from the subframe to the brakes and even frame missing airbags and a seatbelt in the back doesnt even work. a month and a half or so into ownership the motor died and am now waiting to get a new engine. when i initially looked at it i sat in it for about 4 seconds before the young guy said Cmon jon its good and waved me into the office not really thinking how bad can some random honda be i just went in and got the car. Drove home and the clutch felt funky but it was driveable. When my shop tore the car down they found the clutch was pretty beat. shady people that dont care about their customers. luckily im a car enthusiast so its not the first time ive had to fix up a pos but this is hands down a lemon, they sold it with burnt out bulbs and a whole plethra of other things

Over the years, I've spent a significant amount of money because I've trusted this shop with my vehicle. During my most recent visit for an oil change and transmission flush, I noticed my check engine light was on, so I asked if they could diagnose the issue. I was told it would cost $250 for the diagnostic, although that fee would be applied toward the repair if I chose to have the work done there. As a long-time, loyal customer, I was hoping there might be some kind of courtesy or discount just to determine what the issue was. While I understand diagnostic work has value, it would be nice if Moss Bros. offered more appreciation for customers who have been coming back for years. I do want to mention that the gentleman who helped me was polite, professional, and provided excellent customer service. My concern isn't with the staff--it's with the company's customer loyalty policies. I hope Moss Bros. considers finding more ways to recognize and reward long-time customers.

They also have large concrete benches. The adviser checked me in for an oil change and apologized for my wait. I stayed in the customer lounge. They have a kids room with a tv. The main room has dated furniture that are not in good condition. No coffee bar. No water. Machines down a hall that mostly have no pricing. Music sucks - remakes not the original artists playing now. Absolute worst is the internet - or lack there of. The TV is constantly buffering. No surprise because my phone barely worked at all here. Even though I got on the guest WiFi. They need more bandwidth. Old Covid signs on the floor. At the hour and a half point I went to ask and the advisor told me that my car was done and they just didn't get me and she apologized again. I think she apologizes a lot.
