    You want someone legit, no BS? Ask for Andy. I never planned on getting a Kia. I was nervous about the rep. But Andy (who previously sold us our 2023 Jeep Compass and 2023 Dodge Charger when he was at Jeep) told me he moved to Kia. I trusted him anyway. He heard my concerns, handled everything, and kept his word. Now I'm happily in my Telluride. I'm in sales too. I know how much a great rep matters. Whatever brand Andy stands behind next? That's probably what I'm driving.

    We had a great experience with our purchase thanks to Andy. So much so that I'm going to give this five stars for the buying experience because at the end of the day the purchase is the most important aspect. He got us into our Telluride. And it's been 2 months, we're happy. But we do have pointers for the facility itself. We've been to other dealers and buying is an experience. Here's our tips for the dealer. - fix your coffee station (it's sad) something as simple as a good coffee station changes an entire experience. (Honda and Jeep have great snack / coffee stations) - fix your vending machines (they were broken) - clean the scruffs on the walls, get new clean office chairs (when you buy a car you want to feel luxury) You're the #2 KIA dealership... let's show out. Coming from a customer, it matters!

    About 3 weeks ago I went to look for a car in my budget. Salesman Luis Melecio helped out so much with finding my dream car, staying within my budget, and still getting all the amenities I was looking for. I'm in love with my car and I couldn't have made a better choice going with the car he suggested. Even now 3 weeks later he still answers any questions I have about the car. 10/10 service!

    This dealer is an absolute joke. I bought my vehicle here and unfortunately have resorted to taking my vehicle here for routine maintenance because I foolishly bought into their lifetime oil change package, but they have the most abysmal service department in existence with zero operational standards. I don't think they train their people or hold them accountable- neither variable nor fixed have a clue how to run a store. Quit trying to take advantage of an area like Moreno Valley. It sucks, it's cheap, and it's pathetic. They also had the audacity to attempt to solicit a review for me for $40 off my next service. Look at this garbage. Did your district rep put you up to this? This is a horrible gesture. None of these things were at all done for me. I hate going here. I'm at a point where I'd rather forego the stress of coming here and abandon my oil change contract and go somewhere else. Congrats, you fleeced me out of chump change rather than getting better operationally and creating lifetime customers. Trash business. Do not go here.

    Oh boy, if i knew it was gonna be such a hassle to buy a car from them, I wouldn't have done it. The day I came in to look at a possible car, they tell me that I can't take it for a test drive since they're having the brakes changed. Ok, fine, i'll just come back tomorrow then, mind you, the day before I was already texting a sale's person, Chris, that said the car would be ready that day (as in brakes changed and already done with a detail), so I was already annoyed. At this point, I said i'll come back tomorrow, when I can take the car for a test drive, before I could even get outta my seat, the sale person, Daniel comes in with a better deal. (I should've taken this as a sign that something was wrong with the car.) I ended up finishing the paperwork that day, and the day after, I was supposed to come grab the car. When I came back the next day, before I could even drive off the lot, I noticed there were chips all over the windshield, I let them know and they got me scheduled within the week to fill the cracks. After waiting hours that day, they tell me that the previous owner already filled them in, so that's the best it'll get. I was really annoyed at this point. But, the used car sale's manager, Luis (or Junior), noticed this and told me that he could get the windshield team to come meet me at my house and just replace the whole windshield, which sounded great to me. But that wasn't the only problem with the car. The day I came to pick up the car, I asked for a full tank of gas, which they agreed to, and Daniel went to get gas, a week afterwards, when the gas was getting low, I went to get gas and noticed that the gas latch button didn't even work! I just had to press the gas tank from the outside of the car for it to open, I was like wow, you, you guys didn't have to decency to let me know about this?! The whole process of buying the car and fixing it up took a whole month, I bought the car on the 19th of August, and everything just got fixed today (10th of September). The whole time I was coming back and forth to the dealership, the finance team, more specifically Dayan, gave the impression that she was more concerned about getting the check from me. When I told her I'd be more comfortable giving the check after all the issues on the car got resolved, she just got a manager (Brandon) to basically tell me that if I don't give them the check, they'll send the contract to the bank to get financed. The only reason the review is a 2 star is because of the service team. Manny went out of the way to make sure I was happy with the car. When I was letting the service team know about how I just bought the car from them and all the car's problems, they just kinda gave me an exasperated look when I mentioned the conduct of the sale's team. I guess this is a regular occurrence for them. Let this review be a warning on why you should avoid this dealership.

    2024 Kia Sportage moonroof exploded due to built up air pressure ij the car.

    12/08/25 at Kia to get oil change. I pay an extra $100 per month which is $1200 annually to receive "free" oil changes. I was told recently I can only have 2 per year based on mileage. I asked Steven Reinard, service person this morning of when my "free" oil changes take effect again. Steven seemed irritated by my question so I statedd " you seem upset with me for reason". Steven presented himself as condescending and very gruff when speaking with me. Its a shame that this dealership continues to provide my husband and and I bad service. Today I was also told my Kia needs $1200+ of work but when I took Kia to Perris dealership I was only informed to change cabin filter that was coming up. Its unfortunate weve had such bad service here. Alsp, the service group is upset with me because I am asking for a buy back on my Kia 2024 Sportage because moonroof exploded and blew up while driving on the freeway back in February. Case has been open and escalated to Kia customer service for many months now. Called again today still no updated. This is my 70th call since this occurred.

    We had a great experience with Andy and Brandon!!! They literally made the impossible possible for me and my family. We are very thankful and grateful with the Kia in Moreno Valley and specially with Andy. We recommend anybody trying to purchase a car even with the worst credit to go to them and ask for Andy he will do whatever it takes to make it happen..

    If I could give this dealership zero stars, I absolutely would. I had been in contact with them for…read moreweeks about a Golf R they had incoming. Both the manager and the sales rep assured me verbally and via text that there would be no add‑ons or markups, yet they refused to provide any pricing in writing. I even asked if I was first in line for the car and was told, "Yes, you'll be the first person we call when it arrives." When the car finally came in, I got a call right away. I told them I just needed to finish lunch, head home, and grab the car I planned to trade in. A few minutes later, the rep texted me urging me to hurry because "others were interested." I called back to confirm the car was still being held for me since I had a long drive. He assured me it was. When I arrived, I was immediately told another family was also there for the same car. It was incredibly awkward. The car pulled up, and the rep told me they would be test‑driving it first because they arrived before me. I didn't love it, but I figured it didn't matter since the car was supposed to be mine. Then things got worse. We sat down in an office right next to the other family, and I could clearly hear them going over numbers. I asked why they were discussing pricing if the car was supposed to be held for me. The rep said management decided they would sell the car to whoever gave them the better deal. That was the first bombshell. The second came when the manager joined us. Suddenly, all the "no add‑ons" promises disappeared. They piled on add‑ons left and right--including GAP insurance--even though I was putting $29k down from my trade‑in equity. This was, without question, the worst dealership experience I've ever had. The emotional frustration they put me and my family through was completely unacceptable. They may not lose any sleep over it, but I sincerely hope karma catches up with anyone who treats customers this way. Do yourself a favor: don't waste your time at this dealership. You can find better. I wanted to add, they all entered the next room as I was leaving with my family and started laughing.

    This is another follow from my earlier review on Moss Bros Toyota…read more After all the details were worked out, I can tell you that although I got the correct specs switched out from the Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid XLE to the Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited, it wasn't without a huge price jump (though initially it wasn't quoted that way, but with a small uncertainty as to a $10 or $20 increase). I contacted the GM to question this, and the answer was that for in demand vehicles the price can be expected to be marked up much higher. To my dismay this would mean not in all fairness it would be all about the dollar bill, and not the customer expectation and satisfaction on the price of the vehicle, or MSRP vs the TSRP (if I have or heard that right). Besides being a nice looking vehicle, it was marked up way too much. As a customer it's on you how you're going to deal with that. So you have to factor in those kind of issues, that the dealership may not work with you on your price range, though you think they should. Now, this review takes into another consideration the fact that the GM Mr. Flores took out a lot of his time to make sure the switch happened. I was able to call him one on one. He answered and returned calls and followed through. I called lastly about something else and he us the black wheels on the GHHL in a day or two, and provided a rental. In that regard I feel that he proved to be a good leader, patient, and was able to hear and follow through with my being heard. I appreciate him in that regard. Thank you Mr. Flores!

    Just took my car in for some issues with the display screen and a couple other issues. It was…read moredetermined to be batteries that needed to be changed as well as updates. I wanted an estimate of the total costs before proceeding because it wouldn't be too hard for us to change the batteries ourselves. But we would still have to take the car back for the updates. So we needed to see if it was worth doing it ourselves. Never, have I had such a hard time getting an estimate that broke down each costs. I asked multiple times over the phone and via email. I've attached a screenshot of the last email. Even spoke to a supervisor because I wasn't receiving the full estimate. I asked for, "an estimate for the total costs. Each charge itemized." Over the phone. If you've ever taken a car to the dealer, you pay a diagnostic fee per issue they look into. That will go towards the repairs IF you have them done at the dealership. Now, I thought I had already paid those, which should have been clear from the email and the multiple times I mentioned it. Not once did anyone correct me. I also had forgotten that I agreed to the brake fluid being changed, so that was an additional charge that would be part of the total. Not once did anyone mention that as I asked for my TOTAL CHARGES. I was quoted a little over 1300 each time and the only things noted were the two batteries and labor. I gave up on getting the full itemized estimate (at the time I thought the only thing missing was the charge for the updates and deduction for the diagnostic fees) and agreed to have the work done. Honestly, just kind of gave up as it has been a week without my car. Dealership is about 30mins from us. We go to pick up my car and the total is 1600+. We ask where the additional $300 came from. It's the brake fluid that I forgot about and a 3% charge to use a credit card that came out to about $50. I asked why the brake fluid wasn't part of my estimate. Rather than apologize, the supervisor argued that I had asked for an estimate of the work being done. And the fluid had already been changed. Not once did I ask for an estimate on only the work that hadn't been done. Each and every time I asked for an estimate on the total costs. It was ridiculous that a supervisor wouldn't just say sorry, I misunderstood. Any other mechanic or dealership I've gone to has always provided a break down of the TOTAL. And that 3% charge is something that should be mentioned over the phone so you can bring an alternative payment option if you have one. Just really poor communication and very poor customer skills from the supervisor. I wasn't arguing price, I wasn't arguing that I had already approved the break fluid. I just wanted a breakdown of the total costs. We've come to this location a few times for multiple cars and will definitely not be returning. Even the poor gentleman who was assisting us to make the payment seemed off put by what we hadn't been told and the supervisors answer when I asked why the $300 wasn't part of the total charges when I asked for it.

    My vehicle was at Moss Bros. Chevrolet Moreno Valley from April 9, 2026 until May 6, 2026 for…read morerepairs covered under my extended warranty that I purchased with the vehicle. Throughout the entire process, communication was extremely poor. I rarely received updates unless I repeatedly called the service department myself, sometimes 10 times a day, just to get someone to answer the phone. My service advisor was Andy, and every time I called, I was told he was somehow on a "2 hour lunch." Even after leaving multiple messages with my name and number, I almost never received a callback. The information I was being told by the dealership also constantly conflicted with what my warranty company was telling me. Andy repeatedly claimed my warranty company was refusing things or causing delays, but when I contacted my warranty directly, I was informed that the dealership was attempting to bill for charges or work that either was not approved or had not actually been completed. My warranty company specifically advised me that the dealership appeared to be attempting to double-charge or add unsupported labor costs. My warranty company even emailed me proof of the double charge. At one point, I was told I would need to pay an additional $300-$400 out of pocket for "labor" because supposedly my warranty would not cover it. When I asked for a clear explanation, nobody could properly explain why. The service manager simply stated that the warranty "wasn't paying them enough," which is not an acceptable explanation to charge a customer additional fees. The delays continued when it took several more days just to order my engine. Andy later promised my vehicle would be completed by the following Thursday. I explained to him multiple times that my rental coverage only lasted 5 days. Six days before my vehicle was finally completed, Andy called me and stated that "something else happened" with my vehicle and that it would take another 6 days to finish. He specifically told me the dealership would place me into a rental vehicle due to the inconvenience and also stated I would no longer have to pay the additional $300-$400 because of everything that had happened. After weeks of delays, lack of communication, conflicting information, and inconvenience, I finally picked up my vehicle yesterday around 2:30 PM, paid my warranty deductible, and left believing the matter was resolved. Today, I then received a phone call from Andy asking why I "didn't tell him" I already had a rental vehicle. I reminded him that I absolutely did tell him and had multiple conversations with him about my rental situation. Mind you he has been the one speaking to my warranty this past month and knows my warranty only allows 5 day rental!! He then told me I now needed to come back and pay for the additional 6-day rental. When I questioned how that made sense after what I had been told, he responded by saying, "Okay, we'll just take you to court," and then hung up on me. I immediately called and asked to speak with the service manager regarding both Andy's behavior and the overall handling of my vehicle. The service manager showed no concern or professionalism regarding the situation and simply told me he would "look into it" and call me back later. This has honestly been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. The lack of communication, inconsistent information, unexplained charges, delays, and unprofessional behavior were completely unacceptable. I would never bring my vehicle back here again, and I would strongly caution others before trusting this dealership with their vehicle or warranty repairs.
