They sold me a beautiful used car that has 125,000 and runs like a champ. I appreciate the staff was very helpful and I didn't feel rushed to make a decision. They answered all my questions and have great communication amongst the team there. Great experience overall and recommended anyone who is looking for a good reliable vehicle to give them a look. Thanks R & R Auto Group for working with me to get a good deal on this car.

R&R Auto Group is a fantastic dealership. Ben & Travis were very up front with information on the car, friendly and knowledgeable. It was quite a drive for me to get out to Menifee from LA but completely worth it. I loved the car, it was in *fantastic* condition both mechanically & cosmetically compared to many other Velosters at other dealerships I had visited. It drove like a dream. Not only was it in the best condition but it also was at the best price. They had an extremely fair & affordable price listed for this car which was such a relief with how terrible the used car market is right now. It was the most painless car purchasing experience I've ever had, quick & easy when it was time for paperwork. I appreciate the family-feel this dealership has and felt at ease the entire visit - I felt like I knew these guys for years. Highly recommend checking this dealership out if you're in need of a good car at a good price with good company.

    Damn

If you buy a car here make sure you check the tires and that the tools to change the tire are when you get a flat because they sold you car with bad tire. Of course it happens at the worse time, got called into work for a emergency and when I came out to leave I had a flat tire due to tires having 60% life left on them and one being really bad when I bought the truck and then find out there is no tool to lower the tire, a jack or a lug wrench to change the tire. I was planning to change the rims and tires out so I didn't say anything at the time of purchase but now I'm really wishing i had. Thx r&r for leaving me stranded, I hope you got the look you wanted by cutting corners to make a extra buck. Makes me wonder what repairs you micky mouse before selling. I definitely won't be bringing it to you to fix the item we discussed when sold. Now I'm worried there is a bigger issue there that you tried to fix . I don't recommend purchasing from r&r due to you have no idea what corners they cut to save a buck.

Pricing was the best I found and very fair. Michael in financing was calm, respectful, and explained everything clearly without any pressure. Highly recommend.

I've now had both passenger-side windows fail -- first the rear passenger window stopped working, and now the front passenger window completely dropped into the door and won't roll back up. I'm struggling to understand how a vehicle with under 100k miles ends up with multiple window motor/regulator failures. After doing research, I found many owners reporting similar issues, which makes this seem like more than normal wear and tear. I reached out to both the dealership and Kia hoping for some goodwill assistance due to the repeated failures. Instead of receiving meaningful help, I was told I needed to pay for diagnostics and was given an estimate of roughly $2,300 to replace both passenger-side window assemblies and motors. What made this experience even more disappointing was feeling like dealership management showed little interest in helping despite me purchasing the vehicle through them and being a long-term customer. I asked whether any assistance, goodwill repair options, or cost-sharing could be considered and was essentially told I would be responsible for the full amount. I was already unhappy with the price I paid when I originally purchased the vehicle and felt I paid a premium expecting quality and support. Having major repeated failures like this before 100,000 miles and then receiving no meaningful help has been extremely frustrating. I expected better reliability and better customer care.

Bradley Auto does not allow voicemails or messaging on Yelp to contact them and leave a message…read moreoutside of business hours. So I am messaging them via this review site. My car was towed to them on Friday 7/3/26 and was diagnosed ($169) at 3:30pm for replacing camshaft sensor. Joseph also told me they need to replace the gasket to the cover since they have to open the cover. He also told me I have to change the spark plugs and timing belt - all for $2000. Parts are $700 and the rest labor. The car has 104,000 miles and timing belt is due to be changed at 110,000 miles. He told me it should be changed. I told him I just changed the spark plugs and will look for the receipt and I will look for a receipt if the timing belt was changed recently. I also asked for an oil change so Joseph bumped the price by $58.xx Joseph said they are closed on Saturday but he can have the car ready on Monday. So it's very unlikely that work was started as they close shop at 5:30. We discussed the diagnoses at 3:30. I found the receipt for the spark plugs and I will wait for the timing belt closer to 110,000 miles. I tried to leave a vm and message via Yelp but they have not enabled messages at all. So Bradley Auto - do not start work until we re-discuss what is needed and agree on costs. I will be there on Monday when you open. I will gladly update this review if there is a professional, honest response by Bradley Auto
