Got declined a loan on a sports car i wanted so i decided to list my daily driver forsale and take out a loan to buy the same model. This is a much bigger downgrade then what i had, this car came covered in rust from the subframe to the brakes and even frame missing airbags and a seatbelt in the back doesnt even work. a month and a half or so into ownership the motor died and am now waiting to get a new engine. when i initially looked at it i sat in it for about 4 seconds before the young guy said Cmon jon its good and waved me into the office not really thinking how bad can some random honda be i just went in and got the car. Drove home and the clutch felt funky but it was driveable. Found PUC on Offer up, sent a message for a specific van I have been after for years. The buying experience is usually stressful but Alex and his Dad made it pretty easy for us. They were attentive, fair and responsive. The vehicle was slightly below retail value and they were honest about that too once I checked the Carfax back home. After I made the appointment to view the car and make the drive from San Diego, I was greeted by Alex's Dad. Now on Offer up...the van was promoted as 100% ready to go but when I got their it turned out the radio was completely offline. Disappointed, I brought this up to them and they offered to fix it once we were approved. A few days later I get the call to pick up and they put in a brand new Bluetooth stereo with no additional charge. I have been driving the van for weeks now with no problems. Let me start by saying save your money. Bought a used car here in need of an extra commuter car and was the worst decision. I should've saw the red flags when they were having to jump start the cars they have because the batteries were mostly all dead. They told us that the cars go through "12 point inspection" whatever that means to them was not by any means an acceptable inspection. The car I got immediately had issues once I started using it. Breaks were gone, battery was trash, airbag light was on they said it would turn off and never told why it was on. It was definitely my mistake purchasing the car in dire need but only thing I can do is warn others about this place. Terrible quality. read more

I bought an 01 mustang with 142k miles. I understand older cars with higher miles are going to have some sort of issues with then and I can't blame the dealer for that, and the dealer did honor their 30 day engine and transmission warranty when the transmission needed to be replaced only days after I bought it. However I later have came to find out that the car was in over fairly rough mechanical shape after buying and have had to fork out a fair amount of money in repairs. I give 3 stars because at the end of the day my car does run and drive and they did honor the warranty they provided but my experience with them was far from ideal. read more

If I had an option of giving this place a lower rating I would give it a "0". First off, I use Yelp for almost everything however I NEVER leave reviews even if the place is terrible. I decided to write this review for any potential buyers that even decide to purchase a vehicle from this place. Mind you I drove about an hour and a half to this dealer. Upon arrival I get greeted by this older (skinny salt pepper haired) gentlemen I advised I was there to speak to Alex regarding a 2007 Cadillac Escalade. He stated Alex was his son but he would show me the truck. The owner then proceeds to tell me that the truck was in excellent condition and that in fact he knew because he had driven the truck that morning (2/25/21) to and from San Diego. I jokingly replied "went for a joy ride and put more miles than your advertising huh?" He chuckled opened the driver side door and stated the truck had 159 thousand miles couple of miles away from 160 (if you look at any of their ads they're advertising 155). As I inspected the outside of the vehicle I asked if it had ever been involved in a traffic collision, he replied "no it's never been". According to carfax it was involved in a minor collision and the front was replaced. When I told him that he then began to tell me he didn't know about it and that he had just gotten the truck in yesterday (02/24/21). I asked him if I could test drive it he replied "yes of course" we get in the vehicle I turn the ignition on everything seems to look great. I look at the fuel gage and it's literally at "empty" I informed him in regards of the fuel he replied "oh yea it wasted a lot of gas on the way back from SD". I thought he was going to say let's stop at a gas station but he didn't lol. I drive it less than 10 minutes before I notice a slip on the transmission and the RPM's hesitated to reset when transitioning from a complete stop and accelerating. I asked him in regards of what I stated above and he confirmed he felt what I was feeling and didn't understand why it was doing that. He was also very hesitant to get back to the lot I figured it was due to the empty tank (it gets better). We get back to his lot and as I am exiting the vehicle I see a device on the passenger door panel the device is commonly used to temporarily erase codes that cause the CHECK ENGINE to turn ON. Usually it's only for about 20 mile radius or a 24 hr fix before the light turns on explains why he wanted to get back to the dealer. Long story short this dealership is shady wouldn't bother coming here, I would never vouch or recommend a friend or family for that matter. I have bought and sold over 15 cars in my lifetime and never had such a bad experience with a car dealership. My wife and I arrived 5 days ago and saw a truck that caught our eye. I told the Dad of the dealership I have my own financing. We took Chevy Silverado out for a test drive and loved the truck. I told him to write me up a work order for the exact amount of truck. I got approved and had check in hand today. Only to be disappointed that he called his son and spoke in spanish and said the amount. Only for his son to get on phone and say I need additional $2,000. I was blown away with his lies and explained and showed him paperwork from his dad and he still denied and lied about price of the truck. I will never ever do business with shady dishonest people again. They lost 2 customers today.
