Turns out we were there during a special event, so the menu of the night was limited, even so, it was yummy! The bartender was quick to help me make my drink just the way I like it (I highly recommend their vodka with soda, strawberry, and lime). The tour was very informative, and our guide answered all of our questions with excitement. We will be going back and bringing friends with us. We were not able to take the tour but that's okay, I'm familiar with how whiskey is distilled. So we arrived and had cocktails and food. We sat at the bar area. The staff were friendly and service was good. I enjoyed everything I tried. The best thing I had was a straight pour of the cask strength rye whiskey. I recommend you taste the spirits straight up to get more flavor and I thought the cocktail flavors were okay, need a bit more depth imo. I love the open space of the tasting room/bar area, the lighting is nice and there's good ambiance. The outdoor back patio is nice as well with a good view of downtown. Most fun was their presentation of the smoked whiskey cocktail.
