Wan-Kai takes a hands-on approach to his treatment and will spend the entire hour and finding your referred pain points. He once determined that my wrist and elbow pain was stemming from the fascia in my cheeks: he used deep pressure to release the tension, and I immediately felt relief and was in awe of his expertise. You will be amazed by how much he knows about the interconnected pathways of the body that most other PTs do not, because those ones rarely spend time working with their hands literally on their patients, checking their entire bodies from head to toe. I've done continuous stretching and exercises I've learned online in order to try to stay active. Start of DynamX PT: Abigail did my evaluation and noticed I had weak posterior chain. Her and Dustin came up with a workout routine that I did both at physical therapy and at home. In my 3-month span I was able to go from barely able to jog with pain to one legged explosive jumping. She was so pleasant to work with and was very patient with me as I was learning how to do the different exercises she crafted for my case. I always brought some water with me because some of the exercises felt like a full workout. I recommend booking your visits in advance as appointments can fill up quickly.
