I finally got around to getting my Canada Goose jacket dry cleaned and came across Anton's, which was recommended by the Canada Goose website. I was a bit hesitant after reading some reviews, but decided to give it a shot based on positive word-of-mouth. The staff member who assisted us was friendly and upfront about the expected delay in getting the coats back. He said latest by Friday and soonest by Wednesday since they had a backlog of coats due to the snow during the weekend. To our surprise, we were told they were ready on Tuesday and we had dropped it off on Sunday which was great to hear. They also use a text notification system to let you know when your items are ready which is very helpful. It wasn't too busy when we visited, both times we went. While the service was a bit on the pricey side, considering the cost of the jacket and the specialized care it requires, I found the price reasonable. I'm pleased with how my jacket turned out, though it's a bit less fluffy than before--hopefully that's just a normal result of the cleaning process and especially with wear will fluff out. My only suggestion would be for them to post their prices online. That said, I'll definitely be coming back for future dry cleaning needs! read more

Just use someone else. I'll save you time and money. Not professional. Clothes, pretty sure, didn't even get dryclean.

Anton's Cleaners drove up to our home and we used them one time. They promised exceptional service but we recieved anything but. When asked to pay the bill for the service by phone, we asked that they stop by or to mail/email us an invoice. They said sure, but the have proceeded to call us once every two weeks from that point forward. We will not give out our credit card over the phone Antons plus we will not be using your service again so we would like to pay by check or cash instead. Anton's has continued to call -- and harass us -- at least 10 phone calls at this point and each time we politely ask them to mail us an invoice so we can pay them. They have never done so. Any business that cannot do simple invoicing and is too cheap to pay for postage for an invoice does not deserve anyone's business. Please avoid them unless you want to be harassed! Enough is enough Antons! Get your act together. read more

I brought two sets of suits to be cleaned here on a Tuesday morning. I was early so the store had just opened and was immediately waited on. The interaction however was incredibly peculiar to put it mildly. This employee was insistent that he did not need my name or number for the clothing. This left me very ill at ease. Although he did tell me the suits would be ready by 5:30 that afternoon. Later that afternoon I called the store to express my concern over not having my name attached to the items I dropped off. I spoke with the store manager who promised to call me personally when my items were done. She then added my name as well as number to the items I dropped off. The end of the week came and went with no call about the status of my items. By Monday morning I made the decision to pick up my items whether they were finished or not. The employee whom I spoke with on Monday, the manager as it turned out, had no recollection of speaking with me the previous week. Additionally, I had to explain once again how one of her employees refused to attach a name or number to my drop off Tuesday morning. For whatever reason the order was filed under my fathers name at the store. A fact the manager proudly pointed out to me when she found it. After all it's good to be right and lose a customer. The worst experience I've ever had. I went to give my coat for cleaning couple stains on the sleves in Arlington location. Not only they didn't clean it, but they wouldn't refund me the $18! They manager is Stacy, and her stuff never even told me that they do not guarantee anything when I gave him my coat! read more

I've been a customer for a while, but only for shirts. They are awful for anything else. They were never good, but weren't bad either. However, they lost two shirts, they stained an additional 3 and burnt 2 (yes, burnt with what appears to be an iron). Clearly, these 5 were out of 9 that I left there. Will I go back? read more

I go in at 4:50pm on Saturday. The kid says "I don't think you want to drop your clothes off now." Why? "I have too much other work to do!" I insist. Leave 2 pants and 2 shirts. Pick them up, after paying $26, and the pants are dirty. No Anton's, anywhere, every again. Mr. Anton needs to come off vacation and pay attention to his business. read more

I have had only positive experiences with Anton's. Their service is consistent and high quality. The staff is responsive and helpful. On more than one occasion they have saved my clothing when it was stained including on a gorgeous gown I had only worn once and someone spilled red wine down the front. Bottom line: If you don't like frustration, don't use them. Now the long story.....I gave a winter coat for dry cleaning. It was over $17 so I thought they would be good (in my mind: price is proportional to quality). Picked up around 1 week later. When I took out the jacket from plastic bag to wear, it had hair and lint. I drove back to the store and they took it back for re-do. I thought it happens so I was okay until that point. Went back after about 2 weeks to pick up and my coat was not in the store. It was in their cleaning facility. It was so frustrating. I told them that I don't have time to keep coming back and forth so I asked them to mail it to my home. And, they had to agree as it was their fault. Even at this point, I was like it happens......at least they will mail it. I received the coat. I opened the plastic bag thinking I am going to wear it today. To my surprise, it still had long hair and lint. Really!!!! I called them and the manager said that it was clean when we put in the box for mailing. In other words: I was lying and I had to deal with it. I assured her that I wasn't going to take the coat back to their shop for dry cleaning again. I took the time to write this review so that I could save time of the human race for more productive or joyful activities. read more

I went there years ago and they destroyed 2 of my favorite sweaters, and then I had to fight them to give me compensation. But since I try to be forgiving, I recently decided to give them another chance. I brought something with embroidery and was told it would be back in a week. I went back after a week and they said it would be back in 3 days. When I went back 3 days later, they said that it would be done in a week and a half. I asked for the manager to call me; he didn't and I called him and he told me that it had been sitting in the shop from the beginning because they didn't want to do anything with embroidery. No apologize or anything from him or from the person in the store when I went to finally pick it up. So, my advice, DON'T GO THERE! read more

Hey! I had an awesome experience here! I was in town for only two weeks-- had one pair of really nice jeans -- and this was the only place around that did overnight. Got two shirts done too -- also overnight. Great prices for the shirts and the service was good (a couple sexy girls workin behind the counter). When I come back to Mass I'll definitely be using this Anton's again. read more
