Because of the sales approach, the quality of the windows, the warranty, the price, and the team Mr. Hack has, we went with Hack Construction and Window. His team has been with him for 10 and 20 years. Our job was very difficult and all has been installed and looks wonderful. They operate real well too. Mr. Hack and his team are so politie, professional and caring. The workmanship was done exceptionally well and the price and timing was just what was committed to. Based upon the overall quality, construction, and materials, we decided upon using See, and using Sunesta as our awning. We were primarily influenced by the quality of the materials and their high wind tests conducted in Dade County, Florida. Once we had authorization from our Home Owners Association, we ordered the unit and scheduled the installation. The installers were on-time for the appointment and had everything they needed to complete the job. They were very professional, and answered questions we had about the installation. The installation process was very good, with strong supporting mounts that were installed directly to wall studs. Once the installation was completed, they explained the operation of the awning and the remote control unit, as well as suggestions for proper use. Following that, they cleaned up the area and returned our deck to normal. We were very impressed with the sales representative as well as the installation crew and would definitely recommend them to others. We have already begun use of the awning and love its look (and colors of the frame and fabric), and especially the way it was mounted under our eave and above our outdoor speakers.
