Upon calling DTO I was immediately placed under the wing of my warranty and the people at DTO Customs dropped everything to place my convenience at the top of their priorities. I was immediately put at ease and reassured that I was being taken care of. This is not just a dealership as we typically understand them to be profit driven and impersonal.. I've never been treated so respectfully and I've never dealt with a group of professionals that are so driven to the integrity of their product; honoring their reputation and customers.

That wasn't a big deal and was finally figured out when I actually talked to someone that knew what to do. Got the jeep in 2023 and was so happy. Looked beautiful and was just what I wanted. First year was great. After that not so great. Back up camera kept needing to be fixed and then the start of the rust and bubbling all over the road armor. I watched it keep getting worse and paint falling off when I washed it. Reached out to them. They tell me to contact Road Armor. I do that and Road Armor tells me for any warranty it has to be the person who purchased the parts. Ok, so I contact DTO. Ohhhhh well that was other "management" and they didn't keep good records and we have no clue who built your Jeep. WOW! Took it to my local professional to see if he could repaint. He didn't want to touch it. I have now been waiting over a month for this company to get back to me with solutions. But nothing but crickets. Do your research people and go elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and the excuses like "other management" "it's from the elements" and "we don't know who built your jeep" and I only heard the word unfortunately 60 times from him. Well, unfortunately....... I asked them what if I tried to get another jeep from you. How much would you give me for this one. They were $8,000 less than the place I took it to here in town. Way to care about your customers. It's all great until you have issues. "Unfortunately" this place stinks

When I bought the car it was making some noise over bumps and the headlight went out on a test drive. They told me they would fix the noise and the light. When I went pickup my car, they said they could not find anything wrong the transmission. When I drove out the dealer lot the transmission started to act up again and the light was not fixed and the noise over bumps was still there. So, I went somewhere else to get everything fix. I went in to test drive a few cars, i was in the beginning of my search process. So i test drove a car which was very nice and smooth. I liked the car. Once we stepped out of the car, the sales person said, "so are you ready to do the paperwork?" I laughed because i certainly stated that we were just test driving a few cars, wanted to get a feel for it, not buy it then and there. After further discussion we talked about the price, and the guy tried to sell it to me for 17k, when in fact it was listed on Cars.com at $15, 500. I was like that doesn't add up, you can't have 2 prices posted. Then he proceeded to say that it was actually listed by someone else on there for that price, and he did not know that it was listed at that. "he doesn't know what they put up there." BS, you must give them permission to post those numbers. After going back and forth, i purchased the car, but it left a bitter taste in my mouth. I did have the car looked at by an independent car shop, and would recommend to anyone who is considering purchasing from here to do so. Very disappointed in the process.

Mike did everything he committed to do and more. We agreed that there would be a set of winter floor mats thrown in, then I asked for a trunk mat that I would pay for. In the end, Mike was such a gentleman, he threw it in. Very classy, very straightforward. I would recommend him highly to anyone. Love my car, love the deal, thanks, Mike!

The building and lot are small and understated, but the cars are all top shelf. This is a high end pre-owned car dealer with great prices. Jimmy George picks the cars himself. I have purchased 2 vehicles from him, both Mercedes and have had an excellent experience with both cars. He deals mostly in BMW, Mercedes, Lexus and the occasional Jaguar or Volvo. Check out his website. Honestly, the price you would pay for a low mileage Mercedes is equal or less than what you pay for a new Fix-or-repair-daily Ford. And the resale of Mercedes is the best in the business next to a Volvo. Think of the fun of driving around in BMW as opposed to driving around in a Saturn....no contest!

Review…read more Irresponsible, inconsiderate, and highly disorganized. GO ELSEWHERE. We drove an hour to this dealer to purchase a new truck. Purchase was surprisingly quick and smooth, since we had planned on paying sticker price with no need for long negotiation. Immediately after the sale, the fun started. We noticed a loud rattle coming from the rear of the truck during the drive home--turns out there was a warp in one of the exhaust pipes, causing it to constantly make contact with the inner frame. Problem one that should've been caught by the dealer. We also noticed a very deep scratch over the rear wheel well. One that was clearly made by something metal, and one that was made prior to purchase. Problem two that should've been caught by the dealer. We made a return drive back to Lindsay immediately after coming home--to reiterate, it's a one-hour per way drive. The truck was taken back and the exhaust pipe issue was remedied. The paint would require ANOTHER trip back the following day, since their paint guy was only there on Wednesdays. Here we are at Wednesday--yet another hour-long trip to the dealer. We arrive at 8:30, which is the time we were told by sales associate David to meet both he and the paint guy. Neither are there when we arrive. Finally another sales person and the manager stroll in to greet, and take us back to the service desk. They set us up with a loaner car, and proceed to demand we sign a rental agreement stating that we will return the loaner car with a full tank and give them a credit card for said loaner. We give the credit card, but give full refusal on refilling their tank for a loaner they're giving us for a problem THEY are responsible for. They should be filling that tank, and topping off our truck's tank for all of the driving we've been forced to do to fix the problems THEY allowed to walk out the door. Our truck is being taken off-site for the paint fix, yet they don't tell us where. We had to use the GMC app to track the location and see where they took it. We were given no estimate of a finish time or date. We called David repeatedly on Wednesday, and he was unreachable. When we then called on Thursday to speak to the dealer manager, he also was out of office. We are now stuck in limbo with a crappy loaner car and our brand new truck at another dealer, with no clarity on when this problem that shouldn't have even occurred on a (massive) new sale will be resolved. We will continue to update, but we are confident this dealer deserves nothing more than a single star, and likely less. Complete mess of a process and toying with their customers' lives, schedules, and money with zero accountability...we wanted to scream at the other lone customer we saw on Tuesday to go elsewhere as quickly as possible (you definitely should). We are more than excited to go to a closer and infinitely better GMC dealer to refinance this vehicle shortly so that the sale is no longer Lindsey GMC's. Their response: a canned one urging US to contact their GM, versus what any other business would do and immediately contact the customer to resolve issues (they didn't even check to confirm that we'd indeed emailed him before posting a review). Zero stars. Truck was finally returned to us. Gas tank was left just half full from all the driving and miles that Lindsay did to and from the paint shop location. And even more, the back quarter panel looks infinitely worse than it did. Pock marks, speckling, additional scratches and gouges. We had called the dealer location that we tracked the truck to, and they had no record of a GMC being serviced in any way. This means the paint job that Lindsay did on our vehicle had no paperwork and no approval by us...it was a back-alley, under the table job set by Tim, the manager of Lindsay Warrenton. Upon speaking to him about the additional damage, he again offered no insight into the problems caused and also expressed not the slightest hint of remorse. As stated by one of Tim's employees: "the most you'll help you'll get from him is a tank of gas, if that."

We left our car overnight to have some work done only to be told they wanted to charge $250 for the work which we were originally told was covered- which was a huge inconvenience. In fact, the inadequate repair left me stranded on the side of the road in a dangerous situation. After explaining what had happened, I was assured that my truck would be looked at immediately when it arrived at the dealership. More than a day later, I checked on the status of my vehicle only to learn that it had not even been inspected. What makes this especially disappointing is that this delay comes after the service department already failed to properly diagnose and repair the original issue. Given the circumstances, I expected the matter to be treated with urgency and care. Instead, my truck appears to have been left sitting untouched despite the promises that were made. Communication has been poor, expectations were not managed honestly, and the level of customer service has been unacceptable. When a dealership's mistakes leave a customer stranded in an unsafe situation, the least they can do is prioritize resolving the problem. I hope management takes a hard look at how these situations are handled because this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in their service department.

When I arrived, they initially brought out the wrong car, so I had to wait while they retrieved the correct one. Once they did, the car wouldn't start and needed a jump, so I couldn't even test drive it. Being patient, I stuck around while it charged and inspected the vehicle. Despite the issues, I was still interested and scheduled another appointment for the following week. The owner, Alex, assured me everything was fine and claimed he had replaced the fuel tank. He also said the tires were in good condition--only to later admit they needed replacing when I looked at the car again. Who sells a vehicle with dry-rotted tires? Still interested, I arranged to have the car taken to another dealership for a pre-purchase inspection. I had to reschedule and called to inform them, but they were kind enough to drop the car off overnight. I paid for the inspection out of pocket. However, the neighboring dealership found issues and couldn't complete the inspection because the car needed new spark plugs--it wasn't running properly. That was weeks ago, and I've received no further updates. When I called on 1/17, I was told the car was being repaired for sale. Long story short, these people clearly don't want to sell me a car, and I've completely wasted my time. I would avoid doing business with them. The neighboring dealership also informed me the car had a hole in the fuel tank--despite the owner claiming he had replaced it. And if the tires were dry-rotted, why wouldn't they replace them to prep the car for sale like a professional dealership? It seems like they just waste people's time
