I've had 3 servicings done at Toyota Warrenton. Their staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. I've never had issues of them trying to overcharge for services or provide something that wasn't needed, unlike my experiences at other Toyota and non-Toyota dealerships. I live in Fairfax now so the Fairfax Toyota is closer, but after a recent negative experience there I decided it was worth it to make the drive to Warrenton. Warrenton did the same work for $240 cheaper, and confirmed I didn't need an extra brake flush that Fairfax wanted to charge $160 for. The waiting room is clean and quiet, and they have wifi. Prepare to be overcharged. Warrenton Toyota had a used, rare‑trim vehicle I had been searching for, and unfortunately that's where things went wrong. They did provide a Carfax report, which showed the vehicle was a corporate fleet car -- not the "owner's personal vehicle" as stated. That alone was concerning. The test drive was limited to a slow neighborhood loop until I insisted on evaluating the suspension, acceleration, and braking. Only then did the salesperson reluctantly allow a proper drive. Once inside, they accepted my offer quickly, but padded the "dealer service fee" (documentation fee) to an excessive $795 -- far above the typical $250-$350 quoted elsewhere. This fee is set by the dealer, not Virginia, and I should have walked out. Financing was worse. They only ran my application through Toyota Motor Credit, returning an 8.63% rate despite excellent credit. They did not shop for better rates. When I questioned the sudden increase to 8.77%, the finance manager dismissed my concern, claiming the difference "only amounts to $70 over the life of the loan." It was not what we agreed to, and only after pushing back did he revert it -- then announced he would not change anything else on the paperwork. It left me wondering what else was buried in the contract. I was also told I could either return to the dealership for my plates or pay $60-$80 to have them mailed. After being charged nearly $800 in dealer fees, this felt unreasonable. The most concerning part came afterward: the dealership never collected the rather large 2/3 cash down portion of the purchase intended to be paid from savings via check. When I called the dealership when realized, a manager admitted they should have collected it and instructed me to drive back -- a 2.5‑hour round trip. Only after mentioning inclement weather did she offer certified mail. My bank advised wiring the funds instead for security, but even that is risky if as they could just claim they did not receive it and it is essentially just like cash. The finance manager ultimately came to my home as the weather got worse so to pick up the deposit check. Even then, he refused to issue a receipt for the payment. He also refused to refund the $250 that the DMV paid the dealership after they incorrectly listed me as an uninsured motorist -- despite the fact that I had produced proof of insurance before driving the vehicle off the lot. This was extremely concerning and felt like yet another predatory practice. The entire experience left a sour aftertaste. Between the inflated fees, questionable financing practices, lack of transparency, refusal to correct errors, and logistical mistakes, I cannot recommend Warrenton Toyota. read more

When I booked the appt online for an oil change the price was quoted for $80.63. When I was checking in I was told it was going to be $115.04. I asked about the price difference. The advisor went and checked with manager. He came back and said the price difference was most likely due to shop fees. When I got the final bill, nothing added up to the price difference between of $34.41. I think it's a classic bait and switch scheme. There is no reason website should show one price and actual price be more than 1/3 higher. I keep trying to have work done at dealership, but I find actions like this want me to go elsewhere to have work done. read more

I love the Toyota brand but the Warrenton Toyota service department is subpar. I usually get a complimentary rental when I get an oil change but Ross stated that I needed to have at least $300 of service to get the complimentary rental. I declined the rental. I again scheduled another oil change and safety inspection which is usually complimentary but Jim charged for the safety inspection. Additionally, I asked about using their advertised coupon and he stated that I couldn't use the coupon because he had already discounted the oil change which was more than I had previously paid. He stated that he could apply the coupon but my bill would be more which makes no sense to me. It's really sad when Toyota is such a good brand and this service department gouges consumers. TL;DR - smooth sales process, willing to negotiate, closing on the car only took 1 hour. Matt and Rob were incredible to work with! We had a great experience at Warrenton Toyota! I have been doing a lot of research to find the perfect car for the past month or two, and I wanted to wait for the right one to become available. There were two that became available within a few days each other (one at Warrenton Toyota and one at another dealership). We live about an hour away so we had to be sure this car had everything I needed. I enquired about the RAV4 that I was interested in and Matt responded immediately. He was answering my questions thoroughly and was very very helpful, so we agreed to come in to see the car. When we arrived Matt was not available so Rob jumped in and helped us immediately. He was so knowledgable and patient with us as we asked a lot of questions. During the test drive he went through all of the settings on the car to really show it's value. Before we left he gave us an additional price break. Throughout the next few hours we stayed in touch via text and phone calls, and eventually came to an agreeable number. We agreed to come back in to close that night. Rob also made sure the car was detailed and topped off with gas when we arrived (which is most likely standard but still nice that they did). Now the last time we bought a car was about 10 years ago (at a different dealership) and it was GRUELING process. After signing papers that dealership held us for 4-5 hours to tire us out to try to get us to accept some additional warranty plans. But Toyota Warrenton? The closing process took only ONE HOUR. Rob was very helpful explaining all of the papers that we had to sign. Eventually we met with Anil, their finance guy, and he was so nice to work with. He wasn't pushy at all on the add-ons we could have gotten, and he got us in and out of his office in about 10 minutes. Overall from start to finish this was the best car buying experience I've ever gone through. Went in for an oil change ,was told when I went to pick up my Highlander, I needed a new oil pan as oil drain plug bolt was stripped ,and the repair would be 900.00. They said I could have the car towed away from the dealership if I could not do the repair. I asked them to put oil in my vehicle and I would get it home .I requested a copy of my work order and they said I could not have it, I signed one when I went in. This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had! No intimidation tactics. From the salesman to the sales manager and finance manager everyone was very kind and pleasant to work with. I was just looking through some of my old reviews and saw this one, figured it needed an update. While I have never been disappointed in their service, I no longer take my vehicles here because as of sometime in the past few years, they will no longer perform any type of service on a Lexus vehicle. They would not even change my oil, saying they "cannot guarantee the parts" etc. - as if any independent dealer would not have the same issue. I reminded them that Lexus is actually a Toyota brand, but they weren't having any of that. Looking online, some other Toyota dealers seem to not have the same policy so this seems to be a local decision. So if you only have Toyotas (specifically) they may do a good job for you, but don't expect them to have a high opinion of your Lexus. read more

Still, no apparent impact from the "dead engine" I was warned about. Yes, Warrenton Toyota offered to show me the scope results and I declined. Let the additional 10+ months of maintenance free running do the talking. Always get a second option on major repairs. ------------------------------------ I am coming up on two years since my 2005 Prius was proclaimed, "dead and needs a new engine" Of course, this was only 2 weeks after they told me I needed a new $3000 battery!! Based on recommendations and Toyota Prius' track record, I risked the investment. I nearly sent the car to the dump, but I thought I'd ask my favorite mechanic at Midas in Chantilly for a second opinion. He basically reviewed the findings from Warrenton Toyota and recommended I change out my spark plugs. Yes. Nearly two years later, my Prius is rolling strong!! I wanted to purchase the ToyotaCare Plus prepaid maintenance program. Anil George did a great job helping through out the entire process with both over the phone and in person service. Once that was done, I wanted to see if there were any new 2022 Tundra for test drive. Anil told me that test drive is only available if you are going to buy the vehicle. Given the current market condition, that was perfectly understandable. But he did let my family sit in a new Tundra to see and play around with the truck and especially the interior. So far the experience was great. 5/5 stars. ----------------------------- As soon as my family started getting into the Tundra, we were approached by a sale person. This is where things got really annoying. I told him immediately that someone was helping us out already. The sale person still persisted to talk about the vehicle. As if this sale person is trying to take the sale from Anil. Several points during our conversation I hinted that we just want to be left alone while we familiarize ourselves with the product. After paying my car off I got the itch to get something new. So I started shopping around and in doing so I visited multiple dealerships to see what was out there. After dealing with several pushy and not so tactful car salesmen, I was pretty much about to give up. Then I walked into Warrenton Toyota and met Chad. I was in such a dark place and he was therapy I needed to get through the gauntlet of buying a car. Pleasant, calm, patient and knowledgeable, Chad set the example of what a car salesman should be. I first visited on a Wednesday night around 8pm, told him up front that I was just looking and we started checking out SUVs. Like a wise salesman, he answered all of my questions, didn't badger me for contact information and let me walk away that night without even asking if I would buy. The impression he gave me was the polar opposite of what I previously experienced and that made me want to buy a car from him. I went home, researched the vehicles I was interested in and sent him an email requesting to have them ready for a look and test drive on Saturday. When we arrived at the dealership on Saturday he had everything ready to go. We went for a test drive(on their back lot) and he did a great job showing us what's great about the RAV4. It was at that point I knew I was going to buy one of them. He executed perfect patience while we went back and forth over the various models we were interested in. Finally, we made a decision and began the buying process. What I love about this dealership is that our buying experience went beyond dealing with Chad. While I was debating my choice I ran into Jeff and he gave me a tour of the place. The facility is absolutely immaculate, which I love because it shows me that they care about their appearance. That feeling easily relates to how they will treat your car when it's in their care. I was very impressed with their service department, with particular love for their service bay. While going through the paperwork process we got the delightful treatment from Ludwig, who did a fantastic job going through all of our options with little pressure to choose them. He did an excellent job walking us through the process and maintaining a professional demeanor the whole time. This kind of handling of a customer is unique and well received. Finally, we took possession of the car and Chad walked us through all the things that we would want to know about it before driving off of the lot. He stayed well past the normal office hours and it wasn't until we were headed home in our new ride that my wife told me it was his anniversary. Had I known sooner I wouldn't have taken up so much of his time, but it speaks to his character and the dedication he has to his customers that he didn't complain about missing out on his personal life. I will start this review by saying that we LOVE the sales department at Warrenton Toyota. We have purchased 2 vehicles and 2 extended warranties and they have taken excellent care of us. The sales and finance teams are not pushy and they truly try to create a no pressure/no hassle experience which has kept us coming back. So you may be wondering why 3 stars -- it is simple, one service advisor ruins it for them... For the most part the service department is good. Most of my interactions have been positive but there is one service advisor that has been incredibly condescending to me with just about every interaction I have had with him over the last few years - So much so that I usually try to avoid him at all costs. Tony has been with the company for 22 years but any time I call with a question or see him in person he is just plain rude. I called on Monday to inquire about their safety inspection policy - I knew I had to wait but wanted to be sure they waiting area was open and Wifi was available. He told me they were open for inspections from 8-4 and they recommending getting there at 8:00 to wait. I asked about the waiting area and his response was, "we aren't in the business of forecasting." I was confused...I asked nothing about forecasting...I asked if the waiting area was open for me to work...It was clear he wasn't listening. Fast forward a few days, I arrived at 7:52 to get in line for the inspection. No real greeting from him...I mentioned I needed a safety inspection...I was immediately told "well you are going to have a long wait...There are a number of cars ahead of you. We have a lot of inspections this morning." I clarified how many were ahead of me (4-5) and explained that I was confused...He told me 8:00 the other day...Then he says (in a condescending tone), "Well, we open at 7:30 and we are not in the business of forecasting." Let me be clear, my issue is not waiting - you always have to wait for an inspection no matter where you go. Tony's delivery of his messaging is terrible. It would have been helpful to know they opened at 7:30 (he did not tell me that when I inquired). Needless to say I left out of frustration - that was after telling Tony that he is a condescending a**hole and every interaction I have with him is like this...It is clear to me that is not focused on providing a good customer experience -- he is like a robot with pre-set responses to everything. So my message to Warrenton Toyota is that you should really stop advertising a FREE safety inspection as a perk of purchasing your car there...It is not a perk...It is a hassle, you make it hard on the customer to get the inspection and it creates a perception that you don't want to do them. When you advertise something as a perk you should make it easy for people to get in queue and know how many cars are ahead of them. What is even worse, is that my husband brought his car in on Monday for actual service and during a follow-up call with the service department mid-morning he asked about the inspection line. He got off the phone and said that he felt like he was being discouraged from bringing the car in...He was told well...they take a lunch...well we do have some cars in line...we have 3 people that do inspections but sometimes they are doing other things...blah, blah blah. OVERVIEW: Can you really love a dealership? Yes, yes you can. Great service, polite people, and they are really great especially once you get to know them. My family has 3 Toyotas, only one was purchased from Warrenton Toyota (they other cars are older than the dealership). We have all of our service done here and the guys in the service department are amazing. One example: I had to get 4 new tires (kill me) and unfortunately Warrenton Toyota didn't have the best deal and we got them done at a local Merchants. Unfortunately, once we got to Merchants we realized that I don't have the lug-nut key to take remove my tires (it wasn't returned after I had body work done at a place in South Carolina). we called they guy we know up at Warrenton Toyota and he was able to let us come use the dealership key and remove the special lug nuts for us FOR FREE! Every time I get service done they wash the car and do an amazing job. I just can't say enough good things about this place. They never try to fleece you on service and get you to do stuff your car doesn't need. They are prompt, polite, and ahhhhhhh-mazing! read more

Our vehicle and customer relation experience with this dealer was less than stellar. They sold us a used vehicle with unit-body damage a few years back and as soon as we realized this we promptly returned, there was no way I would keep my baby in a car with that type of damage. We had documentation in hand from them with a binding buy back dollar amount, and they then tried to reneg on buying it back because they had "tons of hybrids on their lot already". An online search showed exactly 4. It took us stating we would get on the phone with the news and provide the news with said documentation for them to complete the transaction. At that exact time we made it abundantly clear we would never would do business with them again (for obvious reasons) and did not want any form of communication received from them. The emails, phone calls, and letters from them trying to get us to purchase a vehicle have yet to stop. When I have answered calls from them I have made it clear to stop, and I have responded to emails telling them to stop communications and attempted to unsubscribe. The reason I am writing this review today? They somehow obtained our new address that is in a different state than Virginia and sent yet another letter asking us to buy from them. I immediately called and explained again their need to remove us from all communications and why I would never do business with them again (along with how ridiculous purchasing from a dealer not even in your same residing state is). The response received? "A manager will call you about IF they are able to remove you from communication" Not a guarantee of stopping communication, an if. The lack of professionalism and courtesy is beyond ridiculous. Please do yourself a favor and make the further drive to one of the other numerous dealerships in that region. Update: I have received a follow up call from Dan today (09/15) and have been assured I have been removed from the system for email, phone, and mail. Hopefully this is the end of my being inundated by communication. I understand the desire to retain old customers as well as obtain new ones but the frequency especially after requests to stop and our poor purchasing experience was ridiculous. Update 2: As to Mr.Abels claim after my update that my husband purchased the vehicle knowing the damage that is laughably absurd. My husband knew of the reported minor "fender bender" it was in and no significant damage was reported on the vehicle history, hence why he was willing to put our child in the vehicle. Even with turning it in back to Warrenton Toyota we took a multiple thousand dollar hit on the vehicle, it was an obvious financial burden but you cannot put a dollar sign on the safety of your child. The reason for the other dealer offering less to trade it in is because they found said unit body damage and advised us to take it back to the dealer that sold it to us as it hadn't been disclosed. To do our due diligence we had yet another automotive shop inspect the vehicle who also independently found the unit body damage. I will simply state to do your own homework before trusting this dealership, have an independent vehicle inspection done immediately on any vehicle you consider purchasing from them. We made the mistake of believing an owner would care about their employees (and their families) enough to go above and beyond to ensure they were in vehicles as safe as possible, and unfortunately did not have an independent inspection done immediately, we suffered and accepted the financial consequences of that misplaced trust. Update 3: I was just called by them today AGAIN, trying to push a sale. Clearly Mr.Abel was not true to his word, and I am at the point of filing official complaints. read more

This is only a review of their service department. They offer FREE safety inspections, but you have to wait or a long time. I was the first in line and had to wait for an hour and a half or a vehicle that was 2 years old. I guess it takes them a long time to find something on a vehicle hat new. Well they did, A small tear in the windshield wiper made it fail inspection. They wanted $35 for a new pair of windshield wipers. Outrageous. Other places get about 1/2 of that. And I am not sure that they did not tear the wiper blade just to get some money out of me. I had them put on a rejection sticker and left. They were not too happy with me. 10/31/2019 I received a phone call from Todd Green, Service Manager at Warrenton Toyota and discussed yesterday's vehicle service. After talking about it, they refunded the money for the replacement of the rear tailgate exterior handle. I very much appreciate that Mr. Green reached out to me and offered an easy solution to this situation. This is the type of service I have come to expected at this dealership and look forward to continuing to have my vehicle's major service completed here. As I said yesterday I will change my review from 2 stars and now give them give them the well-deserved 5 stars. Very disappointed in the service I received on 10/30/2019. All the major service on my 2007 Sequoia is completed by this dealership without experiencing any problems and receiving great service. I had the service department replace the front struts on their recommendation because it would not pass inspection and this was normal maintenance. However I was very surprised when the service department called my wife to say the rear tailgate exterior handle was broken. After explaining that the handle was not broken when dropped off for service the night before, our service rep said it was bound to happen to me or the service tech because the vehicle is old. This was said after they recommended I replace the struts as this was just normal maintenance and the vehicle still had a lot of life left. These contradictory statements about the vehicle being old and also that there is a lot life left vehicle are troubling. The really disappointing part about this service appointment is after admitting the damage occurred at the dealership, repairing it would cost me $300+ dollars. This floored me, I have never encountered any dealership charging their customers because their technician damaged a vehicle. After discussing it with the service manager, the dealership agreed to replace the rear tailgate exterior handle for $100.00, the price of the part which, I still feel is wrong. As this is the first time I have had any issues with Warrenton Toyota's service department, I have to admit that their misrepresentation regarding the damage to my vehicle is troubling and expecting me to pay for the damage ($100 OR $300 doesn't matter) is frustrating. All the service rep had to do was apologize for damaging the vehicle while in the service area and to say "the technician is repairing it now". If the service department had done the right thing the first time, I would give them 5 starts as I have done in the past. Instead their attempt to pass the buck resulted in 2 stars. I am a little hesitant to take my vehicle back for any service. This was an extremely manageable event that was handled poorly and has dulled my opinion. read more

The tire pressure sensor light was on in my Dad's 2006 Highlander after getting four new tires at a Warrenton Tire & Auto. Took the car back to them and they couldn't figure out why. I asked if there was a button to reset it and they said no. Then they told me that they would have to put it on the computer to diagnose the problem. Of course now you're talking at least 2 to 3 hours in labor cost just to figure out the problem. So I took it to Warrenton Toyota hoping they could figure it out. When I walked into the service department Patrick greeted me and asked how could he help. I told him the story and he quickly determined there was a reset button. Patrick walks out to the car, gets on his knees, pushed the button and the light goes off. It may seem like a small thing to you reading this, but it was a major example of honesty and character to me. He could have taken advantage of me and I wouldn't have known the difference. But instead he showed the ultimate in customer service and honesty and it didn't cost me a thing and in the process he earned himself a happy customer. My vehicle is having a very typical issue dealing with the transmission. Service employees stated they cannot fix the issue due to Toyota protocol. I called six other dealerships and they all said no problem more than happy to help. Not sure what the issue is but they were all very short and certainly were not in the mindset to help somebody. Typical corporate service department. Would absolutely not recommend this dealership for much of anything if they can't do a simple fix per protocol. The service department is literally highway robbery 118 dollars for diagnostics and then it's not applied toward repairs. Went in for a recall on the airbag and then my cigarette lighter which I use to charge my phone stopped working I called them to make an appointment to look at it I ask them if there was going to be a charge they informed me that they would have to run diagnostics and that after that They didn't even know how much it would cost to fix the problem that they most likely caused!! No thank you Toyota I will take it to my local shop where they roll the diagnostics into the cost of repair. read more

I wish I could give them a zero. I'll never take my car there again. I was contacted about a recall that was 100% necessary. I scheduled an appointment only to be told that after the appointment is made they can order the parts. No free loaner, or transportation (reminder it was their recall problem not mine) Told me it would be only and hour or two to switch out the fuel pump. Six hours later I get a call, with the dealership trying to upsell me on service I didn't ask for or need. I bought an older, high mileage Tacoma from the folks here a week ago. They treated me as if I was buying a high end, new vehicle. I was introduced to the service manager and shown around the dealership. These folks are top notch. I took the Tacoma in to the service department for prearranged service yesterday. Once again, the customer service was top notch, even providing a new loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. I learned all about kickbacks...What a racket. I have always had great credit and got the lowest interest rates but lost my house in the downfall of the market so for the first time I was experiencing what happens at a dealership when you don't have a proven credit record after bankruptcy. WOW what a bag of tricks! The current deal was 1.9% and explained and the rep and I agreed to run credit and see "what the bank said". Now it gets interesting... * I was told that they ran a preliminary report but couldn't see enough of a track record in the two years after the bankruptcy. (Ok and that's what I told them). So they said they would call the bank in the am and I would have a definite answer by 1 pm. * The next communication by the sales rep was "he got the answer back and I was all set." Okay, how much? "750 a month." Ummmmmmm $750 a month on a $28k vehicle? How long is the loan for 2-3 years? "No, they'll do 60 months." Ummmm it sounds like the interest rate is like 20%, what rate are they using? "Oh I'm not allowed to tell you." So he left a message for the credit manager to call me. She called me back and said, "The interest is 19% but I have a really good relationship with the bank so I could probably get you 12%." Okay wait a minute. Sales rep said I was all set. Lie #2 (you never even called the bank). Lie #1 was you were calling the bank in the morning to see what rate you could get. Here's the thing nothing has changed with the relationship between the Toyota dealer and TFS in the last 2 days so it's a game they play to make you believe "they're doing you a favor". That's when I did my research and found that kickbacks are common ploys that bring in dealerships BILLIONS OF DOLLARS. When you get a loan they get the difference between the BUY rate (actual rate charged by TFS for the loan) and the rate THEY CHARGE YOU. The difference in my case would have given the DEALERSHIP a hefty interest payment of the difference between the 19% and 1.9% had I been gullible enough to not question them! OF course as soon as you speak up the rate drops to 12% and they pocket a mere 10.1% interest payment over 60 MONTHS! It's legal, but so is my shopping elsewhere. BTW I learned the warranties are transferable so I'm much more apt to buy privately and avoid feeling slimed all together. But the advice for anyone stuck in this situation is to tell them up front you're aware of kickbacks and you're not putting up with it! Insist on seeing the BUY rate! read more

Another sleazy dealership with a shifty service department. Everything's an up charge or they give incredibly inflated estimates so when they do hit you with the cost, it doesn't sound so bad. Everything is a mystery and they didn't know what some basic services would cost or even if they'd be successful at something as simple as reprogramming a key. Then I was told it might be up to $115 to reprogram the door locks? This is something that can be done for free in the manual and since I had the car in for service, I figured they could just do it for convenience sake. I guess not, not even the mechanic called over knew. It also didn't help that the service manager behind the counter, who's about 25, kept calling me a young man. Maybe it was a joke or an attempt to be lighthearted but it didn't work and I'd rather just be treated professionally. At 45, I don't mind being thought of as younger but his condescending attitude didn't help set the tone. I felt like I was being talked down to the whole time. Another foolish customer to be fleeced and mocked. You know that feeling you get when you are being ripped off, I got that sense pretty much right away and not one person I dealt with here seemed genuine. It took three trips to their parts department to finally get the right parts order and delivered. The second time I came in, their cashier and parts personnel were playing cards. More professionalism for you. I will never, ever go back to this dealership again. I am sure every one has a nice excuse for their behavior and attitude, and a dealership that sells Toyotas is probably cruising nicely on the cars' reputation for reliability. This review is not trying to dissuade anyone from buying a Toyota, but I do hope that they decide to go anywhere but here. read more

if your in the market go see these guys. Jim Murphy was a pleasure to deal with i would ask for him by name. I got a deal i felt good about and seemed fair for the most part.... so why only 4 stars? the finance dept did get my paperwork wrong on the out the door price which is frustrating but was easily fixed. it was even a small amount but she picked up the phone and in a very sarcastic tone asked the sales manager (Steve Cox) to get it right next time, it kinda felt like she was annoyed that I was requesting the change because it was a small amount. Then they told me our financing was going to be through Northwest credit union. she didn't give me an option of who to finance through despite saying there were 3 banks possible. NW credit is a small credit union with awful reviews, furthermore they gave an awful awful, AWFUL interest rate. I had already been quoted rates that were half as much from my own bank but did not have the time Saturday to get the check. needless to say I will be refinancing ASAP. overall I will go back to this dealer but ill be bringing my own money. read more

Ok, another BAD review for this dealership. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me! Last year this service department tried to rip me off. I reported it on yelp then. To be fare I figured I would give them another try. BIG FAIL..........Again! Upsell, Upsell,.............questionable items that were reported needing to be fixed. Hate to give them the review they deserve because I know it will encourage others to come to their outstanding dealership, and I kinda want to keep them a secret. But, here goes... fingers crossed they won't start changing as their customer levels increase. My first experience was using their web site and I was so impressed by the straightforward communication exhibited right from the start. The online menu was clear, easy to use, and uncluttered by the typical used car listings - often shown without prices - on other dealership sites. I saw that there were about 10 cars listed in the "Under $10K" category, all showing vehicle info as well as the prices. I soon ended up at the dealership and after looking at the vehicles, decided on the one I wanted. I had to call a friend to look up the Bluebook value on the vehicle since I could not access the web from inside (and the only reason this is not 5 Stars). But, what I ultimately learned was that the vehicle was very well priced. The buying process went very smoothly - something I've never experienced before when at a car dealership. I kept anticipating the usual 4-6 hour hassle that I've had at other dealerships, but it only took about 2 hours. I am grateful for the outcome of this vehicle purchase and will be going back again to see Jean who helped us from start to finish. read more

Speaking specifically to the maintenance department at Warrenton Toyota Scion, I honesty couldn't be happier with their service. Mark was my service advisor and was professional and courteous from the moment I walked in. They were able to track down a problem that another dealership had completely missed. I ended up getting four brand new tires, and Mark actually talked to me about the possible cost savings of getting the tires online. Weighing out the pluses and minuses, I ended up going with tires from the dealership. Without a doubt, the customer service figured into my calculations. Professionalism is (sadly) disappearing slowly these days, but my experience at Warrenton Toyota could not have been better, and Mark's professionalism and courtesy were top notch. read more

Excellent experience. Purchased a 2015 Prius C. Gave me a good price on the new car and a fair price for my trade in. Wasn't sure what they would offer me for my trade in, but the came close to the Kelly Blue Book. Got me out the door in a reasonable amount of time. All you can ask for! read more
