Don't Believe the False Facebook Posts - Epic Dog Academy Is the Real Deal…read more I need to share my experience because there's a lot of misinformation going around about Epic Dog Academy. If you've seen those Facebook posts linking them to animal abuse - please, don't believe them. I fell for those rumors myself at first, and I want to make sure no one else makes the same mistake. I had signed my dog, Obi-Wan, up for the two-week training program and was so excited. But right after I told a friend, she sent me a Facebook group filled with terrible claims about EDA. I panicked and immediately called to cancel. Vincent, the owner, was incredibly understanding and patient. He explained that all those claims were false and even showed me proof - including records exposing the people behind the posts as having serious legal and credibility issues, but even though I already paid and signed all the paperwork - he still immediately refunded me my payment to give me time to do additional research. This is something he could have pushed back on but didn't, which really showed me what a kind and understanding business this was. Even so, I made sure to do my own research before forming any opinions. What I found was truly alarming: the main individual behind that Facebook group has a documented history of serious issues, including animal cruelty charges (all public record). His daughter once briefly worked with Vince - the owner of Epic Dog Academy - many years ago at a completely separate business. Shortly after, Vince left to establish Epic Dog Academy with his wife, Olivia. To be clear, the two individuals who now run that Facebook group have no real connection to Epic Dog Academy. The false claims they're spreading about the owner are completely unfounded and unsupported by any evidence, plus most of the negative comments appear to come from people associated with them. Once I realized the truth, I re-enrolled Obi-Wan - this time in their day training program. I drop him off in the morning and pick him up in the afternoon. It gave me total peace of mind to see him daily, and I can confidently say that not only is he perfectly fine - he's thriving. The results have been beyond my expectations. Obi-Wan listens better than ever, he's happier, and he actually gets excited to go every morning. Erin, his trainer, is absolutely phenomenal. She's patient, knowledgeable, and keeps me updated every day with photos and progress reports through their app. Christy at the front desk is another gem - her warmth and understanding make every drop-off and pick-up a breeze. Every single person I've interacted with at Epic Dog Academy truly loves what they do, and it shows. They treat every dog like their own. I can say with complete confidence that my dog is safe, happy, and receiving the best possible training here. Please do yourself a favor - don't let false online rumors stop you from giving EDA a chance. Check things out for yourself. I'm so glad I did, because Epic Dog Academy has completely transformed my dog's behavior and confidence. It's been worth every single penny (and I signed up for the Honor program!) I have given EDA permission to share my number with anyone who is hesitant to sign up. For my son's fourth birthday, my husband and I decided to surprise him with a frog. He had been asking for one for months, and the day before his birthday, we finally decided to make it happen. We had done quite a bit of research into what owning a poison dart frog would entail, but we had never actually owned a frog before, so I definitely still had a lot of questions. I went into LLLReptile the day before my son's birthday, and Niko spent so much time with me. He walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I actually understood what we were getting into and how to properly care for our new frog. We decided to have LLLReptile build us a custom terrarium, and I was originally quoted a 24 to 48 hour turnaround. Since my son's birthday was the very next day, Niko suggested that I take the frog home in a small temporary enclosure so I would at least have something to give my son on his actual birthday. Then, later that same day, Niko called me and told me he had rushed the terrarium so it would be ready in time for my son's birthday. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it back over there before they closed, but I was honestly blown away that he had gone out of his way to get it finished so quickly for us. The next day, I brought my son with me to pick it up, and the terrarium was absolutely beautiful. It had live plants, water features, and Niko had even incorporated skeletons because I had mentioned how much my son loves them. There was a skeleton water dish and a skull tucked into the habitat. Those little details made it feel like it had been created specifically for him, and seeing it on his birthday made the whole experience even more special. Niko wasn't there when we picked it up, but Shane was, and Shane was every bit as warm, patient, and helpful. Shane also owns poison dart frogs, so having that firsthand experience was incredibly valuable for me as a brand-new frog owner. Shane walked me through the differences between male and female poison dart frogs, shared what to expect as we get started, and even gave me tips and tricks for dealing with the fruit flies. I just felt like everyone at LLLReptile genuinely cared about making this experience as wonderful as possible for our family. Between the education, the time they spent answering my questions, the care that went into the terrarium, and the extra effort they made to have everything ready for my son's birthday, they exceeded every expectation. My son was absolutely thrilled, and I could not write this review fast enough. Thank you to Niko, Shane, and everyone at LLLReptile for helping make his fourth birthday so special. But we are so glad we did and that we had a wonderful experience! Naomi took great care of them for 4 days. She was very responsive, professional, understanding, and most importantly, kind. She gave them all the attention, love and care they seek and need. We were impressed with her clean facility and were relieved that she was able to separate the two dogs during meal time as requested. She was easy to work with when it came to the dogs' specific schedule and instructions, and she was very open and flexible to our needs when it came to pick-up and drop-off. We trusted her so much that we even extended their stay by one day! She was fantastic and we are so glad we know who to go to again for future dog boarding needs.

When we picked her up, her eye was severely swollen shut -- clearly far worse than what we were told. Emergency and follow-up vets later confirmed it was multiple bite wounds, not a scratch. What's even more frustrating is what happened after. We were told there would be an investigation and possible reimbursement, but it has now been over 2 months with: No report No communication No accountability We trusted them with our dog's safety, and both the incident and the lack of follow-up have been extremely disappointing. I would strongly urge others to be cautious.

The owner and groomer were incredibly knowledgeable, which immediately put us at ease. They knew exactly how to work with Marley's thick coat and took the time to explain the process, making sure we felt confident and informed. I take my German Shepherd here and I can't say enough good things about the experience. The owner, Lena, is incredibly kind and welcoming. She has such a gentle, calming way about her that immediately puts both pets and owners at ease. When my dog is there, she feels completely comfortable and actually seems happy to be groomed. The staff here does an amazing job removing all the loose shedding hair, brushing her coat until it's soft and shiny, and trimming her nails perfectly. Every visit leaves my dog looking and feeling her best. I also absolutely love the finishing touches the adorable bandannas or little bows they add. I've always had to use mobile grooming because my dog doesn't get along well with other dogs. I was nervous about bringing him to a grooming place, but when I came here, the staff really listened to my concerns. They understood that my dog cannot be around other dogs and made sure to schedule and handle things so he felt safe and comfortable. The groomer was patient, thoughtful, and made the whole experience stress-free for both of us. I recently brought my dog, Mai Tai, in for grooming and I couldn't be happier with the results! The staff treated her with such care and patience, and it really showed in how relaxed and happy she was afterward. Her coat looks absolutely beautiful--clean, soft, and perfectly styled. I was referred to Goldilocks from one of my neighbors who using Carissa and she was able to get me an appt in two days. I am sooooooo pleased with Mia's new look. She really tended to her coat and shaped her perfectly. She looks beautiful. The best I've ever seen her groomed.
