this place is absolutely horrific, i would not recommend going here. it seems like a nice place,…read morewith lots of livestock and supplies but it's not. i recently got an ocellaris clownfish from here and i had noticed paleness around the mouth area, thinking nothing of it, i took it home. not even two weeks later this fish is dead, its body pale. the salinity and temperature in my tank at normal range. i tested my water thinking it was maybe an ammonia spike, no ammonia. then i tested nitrate and nitrite, none of that either. my mocha storm clownfish that i intended to pair with the clownfish that died started acting strange. paleness on its sides, stringy mucus coming off of it, hanging near the sand bed only, heavy and fast breathing. my mocha storm clownfish has brooklynella! it was perfectly healthy before i got this recent clownfish and now my mocha storm is fighting for its life while i treat it. not to mention, once you actually get a closer look of the fish at this place you will notice dead orandas/goldfish just floating in the water. i saw multiple goldfish with popeye, swim bladder diseases, and dropsy! i also saw a betta with a really bad case of fungal infection near its mouth, it was awful. do NOT buy from this place at all if you care about your fish. i highly recommend the north dallas aquarium in carrollton. by the way, i downloaded this app and made an entire account just to get my point across that this place is so incredibly horrible. i truly care about my fish and i have been in the fish hobby a few years now and will not be coming here ever again. horrible place, absolutely disgusting, these poor creatures do not deserve this level of cruelty and unkempt illnesses.

I was having a hard time programming it so they told me to bring it in with my tablet and they could walk me through it. I feel there was no customer service for me. The to girls at the front desk were not that pleasant. They only acknowledged their regulars. By the time the lady FINALLY asked us what we needed, she couldn't even answer our questions because she kept stopping to talk to her regulars. Really made us feel unwelcome and like we were interrupting her social time. Additionally, we pointed out one tank where one of the fish was being incessantly bullied and another tank with a dead fish, and all she goes is "hmm yep looks like it" and then walks back to the front and continues talking to her regulars. Absolutely no help and her lack of concern for the fish conditions makes me wary about purchasing anything from there. Ended up going to another store that had incredible service and I now have a wonderful set up. Would NOT recommend this place and certainly wouldn't ever spend a dime here out of principle.
