What I love the most about this store: cleanliness, selection, size, and knowledgeable staff. Even if you're not into aquariums this is a cool store to walk around! If you are into aquariums, walk around and marvel at the crystal clear, pristine setup, and the selection WITH some pretty great prices to boot. Will I go back? Absolutely Should you stop in? Of course! Cool place to learn about a new hobby or useful place to brush up on an old one!

So they died within a day never told me they were delicate fish until I was out 100 dollars. Never told me I should never buy them u til my water was tested. So I bring the second pair back that died and they told me I have too much nitrates in the water so no guarantee. Our 100 dollars and no angel fish for my preschool tank and kids wanted to know what happened. I will never go back there. I brought a light there also. I was having a hard time programming it so they told me to bring it in with my tablet and they could walk me through it. The light cost 160 dollars may not be much for some people but it was a lot for my budget. I took it back to get help with the light programming and said they couldn't help me. I feel there was no customer service for me. The to girls at the front desk were not that pleasant. As I said will not go back and will definitely let my parents know about my experience at North Dallas Aquarium.
