He was very helpful in describing the services he provides, and I had an immediate feeling that this was going to work for well us. We set up the dates for the service and a Meet and Greet date a few weeks prior to the trip. All the communications were easy and timely. Steve came by our house for the Meet and Greet and we had a great conversation about all the aspects of what he would provide, which was more than just feeding and looking after the cats. He also met the cats, and we could tell right away that he has the personality that knew how to deal with skittish cats, which one of ours is. Steve's first visit was later in the day on the day we left on our trip. He did a check in with us through a text including photos of the cats. After the first day he visited both in the morning and evening. During the second days visits he texted us both in the morning and evening with short notes and photos. This was all very reassuring to us and greatly appreciated. When we returned all at the house was great and the cats were doing well. We let Steve know we were back. I busted the walker and said it's not acceptable, the dog needs his exercise, and she took him back out. I was furious, why does this company advertise for high energy dogs then take him out for under 10 minutes??!! how many times has this happened before? The owner of the company, Bert, was not concerned about it, he said the walker took the dog back outside and has been spoken to so it's not a big deal. Well I'm pleased with the new single owner company I found since that happened.
