    Bath time for Moose
    LaLa D.

Such a great place! Today was my first time going with my daughter to give Moose a bath. I was so impressed with everything. The staff keeps the store so nice, clean and organized. The staff was very friendly especially the two at the front registers. I purchased a harness as well. They keep the area to give a bath very clean and well supplied. Thank you for having such a wonderful place.

I have been so happy and impressed with the level of care and dedication of every member of this team. They are always so welcoming and truly take care of my dog Oliver as if he were their own pet. The ease of making appointments, reasonable cost, and level of service received makes going to the vet an enjoyable experience. Oliver also loves to go and see the team and is always excited to go to the vet because of the love, attention, and care this team of veterinarian professionals provide. I am always more than happy to recommend this vet group to anyone. I have had poor experiences in the past at other vet hospitals where I couldn't get an appointment, never was able to speak with a team member, had to pay extra for a regular visit because the appointments were booked out for months. I have not had one issue like that with this team and it has made being a dog parent so much easier. Thank you all for all that you do for our pets!

One of the nicest and friendliest staffs around.

I have been bringing all of my dogs here for a number of years they make appointments very easily. Hold your hand and comfort you while you're saying goodbye to her last one. They even sent a paw print of my sweet abby on a sympathy card after. they've taken seen us through emergencies and explained all procedures as they occurred. Highly recommend bringing your fur baby here.

Love this clinic. Dr Clark really cares about your fur babies. My partner and I brought our kitty in for a check up since she had a fever and was not eating and they were able to take her in the very next day. She even told us procedures that would be helpful and told us that she didn't want us to waste our money on anything that wouldn't be beneficial to our kitty and only ran the necessary tests and gave her the medicine she needed. What really hit home for me was that she called us to follow up three days later after our kitty's appointment to see how our baby was doing. I've been a pet owner for 20yrs and that was the first time a vet reached out to follow up and see how our pet was doing. Very happy with the service we got here. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel comfortable and it really felt like our kitty was in good hands. I highly recommend this place.

I'm so very sorry that our first time trying Pet Depot Veterinary Group was over these circumstances. Dr. Clark and all of the staff were so incredibly kind and compassionate as we bid farewell to our fifteen year old lab we had since he was a puppy. Their prices are low and their compassion is high. RIP Chip.

Our Beautiful, loving caring Cat, named Boots. He always love putting his head on my shoes for a pillow.

Pomona, Ca. 91767 I want to thank you for the very good care you gave our Cat Boots, at the end of his very lovable life. He was more like a dog in listening and caring for be when I was ever down.. I hope I was as good for him as He was for me.. I miss him deeply and will forever remember Boots. Thank you, Pet Depot staff, for the sympathy card you sent us. Boots will always be close to my heart, I can't remember having a close relationship like that with any other "pet" in my life... Our Beautiful, loving, caring Cat, named Boots. He always loved putting his head on my shoes for a pillow and laying on my clothes on the bed.

Visited Dr. Ransom and his team on February 7th. We had just picked up our newest member to our pack. An 11 week old German Shepherd female - Sachi. Called as soon as we got her and they were able to see Sachi that same day. Briana greeted us when we got there and was amazing with the care she was giving Sachi. She answered all our questions. Once Dr. Ransom came in, he checked Sachi thoroughly. Educated us on how to care for her because of her breed. Never did he or any of his team make us feel uncomfortable or try to up sell us. They gave her the shots she needed and followed up with test results. We've already scheduled her next appointment with them. Dr. Ransom will be Sachi's vet from now on! Thanks Pet Depot Veterinary Group

Took my dog Jack because he was real sick and would not eat, they took him in right away and fixed him right up. The gentleness and genuine care from the staff was 5 star.

    Opie happy at the Vet

My dog loves coming to thisvet. Everyone is extremely friendly and pet loving. They treated my puppy for pneumonia. They gave me estimates ahead of time, clear explanations of what was needed and why, and they didn't put any pressure on what I was willing to spend. Also, I asked if I needed to bring my dog back once he finished his medication, which they could have easily said Yes and charged me for that unnecessary doctor visit. However, they were honest and said no, no need, unless I have concerns.

It was a huge relief knowing she was handed to a skilled, and caring team. Dr. Bory was very thorough, attentive and he answered every one of my nervous questions. My initial phone call requesting a quote for the procedure left me surprised and satisfied with the information provided by the friendly clinic staff member over the phone. I was quoted a price that was $225.00 less than that of the previous lowest-priced quote I had received from three other veterinary clinics. Could it be too good to be true was my original thought. This price included lab/blood work, the actual procedure, recovery period at the clinic, and medication. Unlike at any other clinic, which charges a separate fee for bloodwork that must be done days before the procedure, all required bloodwork here was to be completed on the same day as the procedure. Feeling comfortable, I scheduled an appointment to have the procedure done here. Upon arriving at the clinic, I was pleasantly surprised at how large and clean the exterior and interior of the clinic were, as everything appeared to be well maintained. The staff members immediately welcomed me to the clinic and checked me in. The entire staff is extremely friendly, outgoing, supportive, and professional. While waiting to be called in, several other pet owners walked in with their pets to be treated, while others walked out with their pets appearing satisfied with the service they had received. Side note: This is a very popular and busy clinic, yet the personalized service provided to each visitor was top-notch. I waited less than ten minutes before my wife and I were called in and escorted to a room with our dog. After I had been seated in the room for less than three minutes, Dr Bory and one of his assistants entered and introduced themselves to my family. They both took a seat on the extremely clean and polished floor with crossed legs. I found this action surprising, yet it put my family and me at ease as the doctor and his assistant were closer to our dog, which seemed to put her at ease. This action of sitting on the ground also made the doctor and his assistant feel friendly, compassionate, and truly caring for our dog. I might add that the examination table in the room was up against the wall, as the doctor advised he uses the table as needed and prefers to sit on the ground to be at eye level with family pets. This was very cool. The doctor allowed us as much time as needed to ask questions, and his responses were very informative and educational. Dr Bory explained the procedure and recovery process. Dr Bory was easy to understand, very friendly, a great listener, and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and at ease. Feeling satisfied, we left our dog and six or seven hours later, I received a call that our dog was ready to be picked up. Three days later, our dog, while wearing the cone around her neck, is doing great, playing with her brother, and is back to her loving and playful nature while recovering perfectly. Dr Bory and his entire staff are to be commended for a very positive and friendly experience. We are truly thankful for the AMAZING and professional service we received during our visit. Thank you!

This is my last review that I'll be writing for San Dimas Animal Hospital because my last…read moreexperience with them was just so unfair, I can't fathom taking my other pet here. I had written a review a few months ago for the front staff authorizing charges to my account without my permission and since then, they've started going through the process of taking signatures for transactions, so I'm happy they used my review for better service. Again, Dr. Singh is amazing. Dr. Delgado kept insisting for the urinalysis to get any form of medication and the front staff really has to be more organized when it comes to discharging with medications. --- I am really sad how unfair it was that my pet's treatment got dismissed even when I had asked for some form of antibiotics. My pet, 20.5 years at the time, started urinating blood, so on Thursday, 2/12, I had brought him in hoping that he can get antibiotics for this UTI that he had. With symptoms of hematuria and consistent small amounts of urine, I hoped to get some form of antibiotics or medication to ease his discomfort. Unfortunately, since he wasn't able to hold in his urine, they weren't able to get enough for a urinalysis and they had sent him home and told me to contact them the next day if he's still urinating blood. My sister picked up my pet Thursday evening, so I feel like they were in a rush just to get out of there instead of ensuring that my sister went home with everything she was supposed to. Called them Friday morning and said he was still urinating blood, and they said to monitor him and if he's still urinating blood, to bring him Saturday for a urinalysis. I contacted them again Friday evening with photographs stating that he's still urinating blood and they said I can bring him in for a tech appointment Saturday morning. My brother brings in my pet Saturday (2/14) morning, and they comped the urinalysis which was nice. I had asked my brother if they sent him home with antibiotics but they said that they need the urinalysis results before prescribing anything and since they're closed on Sundays, they would contact me on Monday. I called them around 9AM on Monday (2/16), and they said that they got the urinalysis results but had to wait for the doctor to have time to talk about the results with me. By this time, my pet was not eating, drinking or walking. I know I should have taken him to the ER but given his age, I didn't want to stress him out and was hoping that he would be interested enough in food by the time they gave me the medication. The doctor ends up calling me around 2PM and stated that he did have some form of UTI (I knew this already..) and that he will be sent home with amoxicillin and that it would be available for pickup within the hour and that the gabapentin prescribed to him should help with the pain as well. I drive over to the hospital an hour later and the staff informs me that I will be picking up amoxicillin (antibiotics) and I inquire about the gabapentin (pain medication) that the doctor brought up during our phone call. The staff seemed confused and they then asked me "Oh, you didn't get it on Thursday?" Uh, no I didn't get it on Thursday. This is why I had inquired about it? I saw on my previous invoices that I had gotten charged for the Gabapentin on 2/12 and I'm really angered that my pet was in pain for 5 days. And even when I had my brother bring my pet in on that Saturday (2/14), that they couldn't just double check anything. I know it's partially my fault for not making sure, but I honestly thought that they had given my pet a gabapentin shot but to find out he was supposed to be sent home with the pain medication instead... it's just really flabbergasting. I gave my pet the gabapentin and hoped that it would help subside any pain my pet had so he can eat, but an hour passed.. then 2 hours passed.. and my pet unfortunately was declining.. He wasn't interested in eating his favorite treats (and the amoxicillin is supposed to be given with food), so I took him to ER and unfortunately, had to choose humane euthanasia due to the extent of how badly he declined. I'm so upset with how this was handled. I don't understand why my pet had to suffer his last few days of his life because he wasn't sent home with pain medication. I also don't understand why they couldn't just give me the amoxicillin even though it was a possibility that it may NOT have been a UTI but at least given it to me to make sure he didn't worsen. I know my previous review of the unauthorized CareCredit charges may have made me seem like a difficult client, but take it out on me, not on the care of my pet. I feel like he would still be here if I was just given the gabapentin on the correct day or the amoxicillin as a "just in case" prescription but he didn't get any despite me asking about the antibiotics and the last few days of his life was filled with discomfort and a veterinary hospital that kept dismissing my hopes for care for my pet.
