Love, love our pet door. We really didn't want to cut a hole in the house and hoped a dog door could be put in one of the French doors. We wanted to keep the old glass in order to reinstall if we chose to in the future. Dennis, the owner, came out to assess whether a door door in our French door was a possibility. We had previously been told no by another company. He said that he had done many similar installations successfully. We were able to keep the old glass and he put in a new glass with a Boss Security brand dog door--that is a big upgrade from pet store brands. Dennis was easy to work with, cleaned up the project perfectly, helped me store the glass, and was extremely professional. He really had pride in his work and giving the customer a great product. Dennis was prompt and reasonable. We needed a dog door for our Border Terrier in a new home with a sliding patio glass door. Dennis responds quickly, came out the next day to quote and had the door install 2 weeks later in about 2 hours. We are happy with the door and so is our dog. It was an expensive option ( cheaper to buy a sliding door panel or have it as a wall cutout ) for a dog door but we wanted to it done right. So far no luck with getting a call back from Dennis-this started way back in July, after I bought the deal posted and contacted him and he was unable to help me for a couple of weeks because he was on a "staycation" for a couple of weeks with unknown end date. I asked him to call me back to schedule appt when he was available, still no call back. Called again today and left another message requesting an immediate call back, still no call back, am going have my bank dispute the charge tomorrow. Very disappointing. read more

Had Dennis install a new patio door we got the one with internal blinds so the dogs don't scratch them and destroy them like the last door had. He removed our old ugly door and replaced with a cool patio door that is easy to let the light in and out as the blinds are actually in the glass of the door. I called to try to arrange a time to get an estimate for installing one new door and replacing 4 doors. He was very polite on the phone, but said he was driving and asked if I could text him the details. I immediately sent a text. Several hours later he requested that I send him photos. After sending the photos he asked for measurements and then went completely silent. All this hassle just trying to set up a time for an estimate.
