We have a 5 month old shih zhu/poodle mix who is both timid by temperament and was poorly socialized, so she is very scared by new people and situations. But she really needed grooming. Christina reassured us that if our dog became too frightened, they would stop, charge less for the shortened time and come back in a few weeks to try again. But Jake is so good with her!!! Spoke with Christina, set an appointment for this week and Rogue was Callie's groomer. Rogue took care of bathing her(twice because she had lots of fleas-yuck), took care of her claws and ears. The only thing that Callie didn't want anything to do with was blow drying (probably because of the noise). Very reasonable price. They come to you, all they need is a plug in. They come to your house, which is convenient. My dog is a Doodle that has two different types of hair and gets matted easily. It cost $265 the first time I got him groomed, and only $165 the second time. But the second time the groomer cut him on the back of his neck and it got infected. I cleaned and medicated him and after a week he was fine, but he wasn't well that week. He wasn't matted where he was cut. He is fine now and his hair is cut well. read more

I had a very bad experience with this company. I am not going to call out the groomer by name because I hope she has learned her lesson and can do better in the future First impression: I brought my dog to the van and it was full of the hair clippings from the previous groom. I should have walked away right then. Not very sanitary I have an 11 year old Pomeranian. She had a beautiful, full coat until she was groomed several days ago by You Dirty Dog (see before and after photos). I asked the groomer to trim her hind end, her feet and remove the tangles from behind her ears and her hind end. Also a nail trim. I asked her to be careful with the length because I had accidentally cut her butt hairs too short in the past and her hair didn't grow back correctly (different texture). This is common with Pomeranians because of their double coat. They also need their double coat to regulate their temperature. The undercoat can insulate them from both heat and cold She shaved my dog to the skin! She shaved her lady bits so close that she cut her with the trimmer and she has been bleeding. She has been shaking and crying for 3 days now. The vet prescribed Clonidine and pain meds to help her relax If the owner responds that my dog's coat had to be shaved because it "was beyond saving", that is a bold lie. She was not matted, only had tangles. This comes down to the groomer being lazy and not wanting to comb through the tangles. I have never encountered this with any other groomer in 11 years Full disclosure: They did refund my money and the groomer was very apologetic. However, that doesn't fix what she did and my dog is traumatized and in pain read more

Trish did such an amazing job with my beloved little Daisy, a mix of about 75% poodle with other breeds thrown in. I'm pretty particular about how I like to have her head shaped and she listened so well and got it just right, along with all the other instructions I gave her. She even found a little burr deep down between Daisy's foot pads (I always check for these but did not find this one) - she was able to extract it all and apply medicine. Cazhmier did such an amazing job with my German Shepherd/Husky mix Loki! I've never gotten her groomed before because I was always nervous about how she would behave - she always gets very skiddish and defensive when going to the vet. And she doesn't particularly love when I brush her. But I left her in Cazhmier's hands and they apparently got along swimmingly! Loki has never looked more beautiful! I was AMAZED. Her paw fur and nails were all trimmed up, her coat actually looked black again without all the white undercoat, she smelled incredible, and she even got a pretty new purple bandana! Loki was all smiles and excitement when she got done. They charged me $105 which I think is very reasonable given the amount of work required. First it was an issue because you can't park on the west side of the street I live on & she preferred to park on the street. Once that was addressed she was a concern about getting the van she drives into the driveway because of a doug fir limb that's as high as the second story of my house...a non issue. Once she got here she said she couldn't get into the driveway w/o hitting a car or cars parked across the street. I told her I've had 30yd drop boxes, sprinter van bigger than what she was driving, work trucks of all sizes pull into my driveway. I told her all she had to do is pull into the driveway directly across the street and back in or drive directly in. It's that easy. Needless to say she didn't groom my pup. I was provided a window of time to be serviced for my 3 dogs, I was told via text 12-2. I was also told I would receive a text when the groomer was en route to me. I had not received any details of arrival and reached out 15 minutes after 12 to Christina, I also inquired if this would affect my time window seeing she was running late and I was unsure if the groomer had appointments after me. No response from Christina. 5 minutes later the groomer said she would arrive in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later the groomer arrived. Scheduled an appointment for today with this groomer. They gave me a 4-5pm window. I got a text at 4:50 saying they were running late, they'd text when leaving the appointment. At 6pm I haven't heard from them. I texted to cancel, and I got a reply that they could be here in 20. I think at the hour and half mark you need a little more communication. For example when they checked in at the end of the original time it would have been useful information that they were running 90 minutes behind schedule. I fact it would have been great to get a text before that time, with an offer to reschedule. Was willing to pay for the mobile as were pretty busy, but waiting around in the dark is what I got. My dog was groomed yesterday and I have nothing negative to say. Trina did great and was very nice. When scheduling, Christina was very nice and responded to all my questions! I had a previous issue when scheduling with a different company which is why I decided to switch and I'm glad I did! I was given an arrival window from 12pm-2pm and Trina arrived around 12:15. I also appreciated that she sent a text and gave me a heads up when she was on her way. However, on his most recent groom his groin was shaved way too close to the skin and he ended up with a rapid-onset gnarly skin infection that has required a lengthy course of antibiotics. He also developed a skin infection on his first or second groom with the company, which we hoped this was a fluke experience. However, after now two skin infections (and this most recent one being quite extreme) we question the experience of the groomers and cleanliness of their tools and will be finding new groomers after this experience. read more

Christina the owner coordinated us through the process. Cierra, was our groomer who provided us with the grooming service itself. Cierra was very pleasant and very punctual to our appointment. My first experience with this grooming service was amazing (when the owner groomed my dogs) every groomer since has messed up in some way. Today it was so bad that the groomer wanted to shave my great pry!! You never ever shave that breed. I spent 10 min in the truck showing her how to groom my dog. It was just blow out that needed to be removed. Instead she was going to shave my entire dog! She already started shaving her.... thank goodness I went out there! I'm beyond upset. I have spoken to the owner and we have decided to go our separate ways. Not every groomer is a match. Similar to our relationships with our hair stylists.
