Thank you for the response, but either you or your employee is full of it. I called before driving to your store and your employee told me a refund can be done since my dog was allergic (never did she mention a receipt over the phone). She did not offer HALF or else I would of taken that offer. Why would I keep a can of dog food my dog is allergic to? As a business owner, you should of considered that a customer drove to your store, only wanted an exchange, and now you are saying I refused a refund? I wish I would've checked out this place sooner! So my husband and I moved into the area in the middle of November. As we'd drive around exploring the neighborhood, I saw signs for pet supplies and never really took interest to them even though we have two furbabies at home whom we adore. Well, it was our Wilby's 5th birthday on 12/21, so I was looking for a place that might have a cake for him. Of course I heavily rely on Yelp for all businesses, so I opened up my app and started searching and this business came up. I was excited that it was near our house. As I drove there, I noticed the small signs that I previously noticed a month ago. As I parked, I realized this was the place those signs were pointing to. I was even more excited! I walked in and was quickly greeted. The lady behind the register was very kind and helpful. I asked about a birthday cake for our dog and she said they were out but pointed out an option for me to make one at home. I opted for the many cute desserts they had! I picked a few and had inquiries on some food and I was provided samples for a lightly cooked option based on what I told her about our dog. I visited another time on 12/24 to get Christmas gifts for PeeWee and Wilby and a sign in the front said they were closing early around 3:00pm and I got there a little passed 3:00pm. I peeked my head in and a different lady than last, said they were still open. I quickly got their gifts and as I was paying, she put a bone in our bag and said it was a gift. How sweet! Not many vendors for the dog food I buy. So I go to this location which is the closest and the owner is the friendliest. Unfortunately his staff somehow they always miss something that causes me to not get my orders on time. I work day shifts and by the time I'm off the store is closed so delivery is a great option. And then to still get charged different amounts for the same dog food and still a delivery charge even though I did not get it the day of.
