It meant so much to us to be able to keep her at home, which is her favorite and most comfortable place, while still knowing she was being cared for throughout the day. Our dog Coco has a lot of anxiety and, in the past, needed medication just to be boarded. With Tallahassee Lassie, that wasn't necessary at all--she was relaxed, happy, and well cared for the entire time. North Florida Animal Hospital has all this and more in abundance. Our cats have been using their services for over 10 years. And each time we have been back for a scheduled checkup we feel like family who have come back for a visit. The reception and technical team are friendly and efficient. And the vets are knowledge, caring and personable. Dr Steele had cared for our cats for years, and it is clear that she not only loves her job, but that she also loves her patients. When one of our cats died a few years ago, her sadness and compassion were evident. Now that our second cat is having issues, at the age of 17, we have again turned to her for advice and assistance. She treats our cat like he was her own and has made sure that we know exactly what is happening. In fact, she is the one who has called to tell us lab results and she's taken the time to meet with us when we brought him in for overnight treatment. We trust her, the other vets, and the team with the most vulnerable members of our family. And they could not be in better hands. He has never had issues with being groomed before. Now, two years later my dog is still traumatized and cannot be groomed without heavy sedation. I regret not complaining and posting this sooner. I am not the type to complain, and assumed he was being rowdy, but it went beyond that. My dog was definitely seriously mistreated during his appointment and still traumatized by it.
