How does a clinic let this happen? I spoke with the "Office Manager" and realized I was not going to get anywhere with her when she commented "it's not like we tried to kill your dog." Seriously!! I was appalled and still am that they: 1) missed two crucial vaccinations 2) they comment about not killing our dog 3) no offer to reimbursee us for the money we had to spend on the vaccinations at anther vet that they shouldn't have missed in the first place.

But, most importantly, we've seen great results and I truly have 2 pleasant dogs.

Young staff member lectured us if we were a little late, claiming we were throwing their whole schedule off. Rarely were there other vehicles or customers there, so I'm not sure how that was possible. Their services usually took 5 -10 minutes, with every minute of it seeming rushed, adding anxiety to our dog. Staff member didn't appear to have maturity to handle challenges, or interested in our dog. Based upon what staff we've met, you might get a good experience, but you're just as likely to get told that any problem is because of you or your dog, and they can't help you. Oh, and they pre-charge for the services, so if you don't have a good experience, well, that must be because you did something wrong. Pleasant for their accounting, not so much for your dog.
