I had her come twice over the weekend to feed and play with them (and do some light litterbox cleaning) and she could not have been better! Each visit was $25 all in and she keeps you updated with texts and photos and even videos. It was really nice to see my cats in action while I was missing them and see how well taken care of they were. Dami even cleaned and washed their food bowls without being asked! We haven't had a single trip that's gone without major issues because of sitter neglect and lack of care. We decided to try boarding to help with our cat's separation anxiety and we still can't believe how well it went. Communication and expectations were open and clear, and the sitter went above and beyond to make sure our cat felt safe and cared for, even with her timidity and fears. She did so much to ease her anxiety and help her in the stressful situation of unfamiliarity and interrupted routine. It was a dream come true to find someone like this. I was also reassured by concluding a contract with the company, which clearly stipulates all provisions of the boarding and when we'll receive updates/photos, etc. It eased our minds so much compared with past experiences when communication was totally sporadic despite someone living in our home.
