Pet Paradise has been such a great place for my life and my dog! Due to my work schedule, I take my dog 5 days a week for day camp and I could not be happier with my experience. My dog is always greeted by name and is always happy to see the employees! My dog Bear is able to let his energy out by having fun with other dogs and even making some best friends!! One of the things I love about Pet Paradise is that I am quickly able to check up on my dog throughout the day while I am working by looking at the cameras online. A huge bonus is that they offer a points rewards system so that when you collect enough points you can use them to discount money from your total (super convenient for frequent visitors)! Another thing that sold me is that they open early on weekdays so it fits perfectly in my schedule for me to drop him off before I go into work and pick him up late in the afternoon. This location has always done extremely well at communicating even the smallest of things with me when it comes to my dog and I appreciate being in the loop about anything. I spent a significant amount of money on plastic and rubber toys and treats that go with the toys to provide something for my dog to do while he was alone in his cage. I followed all instructions. When his bag was returned to me, he had not been given any of it. All the treat toys were there with all the treats. Pet Paradise gave him NONE of it. He spent 4 days isolated with nothing to do. I paid for 3 playtimes a day. I doubt he got any. I will not ever take him there again. The place is clean. I feel he was safe, but scared, lonely, and he had nothing to do. read more

Wonderful Experience at Pet Paradise in Kyle, TX! We visited the facility before boarding our dog, Jake, and the staff was so welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. They gave us a full tour and took the time to explain how they would care for Jake. Since he has a bit of a love/hate relationship with other dogs, they assured us he wouldn't be in group play for his and the others' safety--which really put us at ease. When I went to pick him up, the staff told me Jake had been an absolute angel and enjoyed his one-on-one playtime. They mentioned he ate well (just not breakfast that morning, which is very typical for him!) and gave him lots of love before we left. They were so kind saying goodbye, and I told them we'll definitely be back. We won't use anyone else to care for our boy--Pet Paradise Kyle has truly earned our trust! read more

I do not recommend this place for anyone who cares for their dog. I brought my 4 month old puppy there after taking a tour earlier in the week.They have webcams so you can watch your dog while at day camp. After dropping him off and driving home my wife texted me he was out with the other dogs but on a leash. The worker then took him behind a gate and he was NEVER back out with the other dogs.I called and said he was put on a leash because he was over excited and was mounting. I asked if was going back out with the other dogs and they said yes. I put the webcams on and they once brought him out to the play area. I left the house and picked him early. He was there for almost five hours.When we left he had to relieve himself immediately and i had to stop on the way home to let him out. I would not trust this location with your pets you care about.They tried lying to me to my face that he was out with the other dogs but took breaks. If I could give zero stars I would read more

Our dogs (two pit bulls) have been attending Pet Paradise for a full year, and we have nothing but rave reviews. The staff clearly loves animals and spoil them just like we do at home. They also have terrific customer service, even during "rush hour" when there are a lot of pets waiting to be checked in. I highly recommend this daycare! read more

First time experience with Doggie Day Camp and another day of grooming for our older dog. We were anxious about interactions with other dogs and how our dog would work with a professional groomer. He is not experienced at either! We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the number of staff on duty. They all love their jobs and love the dogs. Anthia worked wonders with grooming our dog and he never looked so good! We have no complaints and recommend that pet parent give it a try! Pet Paradise Kyle - First day of Dog Camp! - Pet Boarding Near Me - Kyle, Texas

This review is strictly related to the Pet Paradise Boarding Service, but due to our experience with that service we would NEVER use this location for any other service. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND as a boarding service. Worst experience we've ever encountered, and we've had great experiences with several boarding services in the area, including Firehouse Pet Resort in Kyle and Big Oaks Kennel in Buda. We unfortunately stopped by and took a tour and were impressed, however we've since regretted that decision. Our very well cared for lab, treated on Sentinel Spectrum monthly, well known at our vet at Kyle Animal Hospital, stool tested annually and picked up daily at home SUDDENLY had worms in her stool 3 days after beginning a 10 day board while on our honeymoon OUT OF THE COUNTRY. After calling us OUT OF THE COUNTRY DEMANDING that we pick up our dog IMMEDIATELY, despite clear instructions that we were out of the country, they quarantined our dog for the remainder of the stay. We sent the "picture" of the "worm" to our vet at Kyle Animal Hospital who could neither confirm nor deny that it actually was a worm, and felt it highly unlikely that our dog actually had worms. Regardless, our vet prescribed a broad spectrum dewormer which after administering should have allowed the quarantine to be lifted. Clearly, it was not. Clear evidence upon picking up our dog that she was NOT well cared for AT ALL. Our lovable, friendly and highly sociable reported pet at EVERY OTHER BOARDER LISTED was reported to not be sociable, uninterested and withdrawn. Normally upon pick up from boarding we see signs of overplaying with hip dysplasia, overjoyed to see us with one or two hot spots from anxiety due to the board. On this pick up we encountered a depressed, traumatized dog that simply wanted out of that place. The staff had notified us that they found "two hot spots" on our dog, upon returning home we found SEVEN. The over the counter allergy and anxiety "bites" we sent to help during the board with INSTRUCTIONS to give at signs of anxiety and or signs of allergies were returned unused. In fact, none of the multiple treats, tartar chews or bones were given the entire stay! It's been almost two weeks since picking up our dog and we're still dealing with an overly traumatized, depressed dog showing behavior changes I've never seen her exhibit. My dog is so well house trained that she WILL climb into the tub to use the bathroom if she can't hold it. She's now peeing all over the house, including on the bed she sleeps on. We're absolutely heartbroken that we made an absolute ERROR in judgement trusting our pet to this place, and furious at the end result. In short, Pet Paradise's business name is contradictory to the service received, and our vets and staff at Kyle Animal Hospital anre well aware of our experience. I also know the vets at Firehouse and other clinics in Kyle and I'll be notifying them of our experience as well. read more
