They sure do know how to make more money though. They charge a convenience fee of $40 in order to have another groomer help handle the dog. Well for one, my dog isn't aggressive. Has NEVER shown any signs of aggression, we have 3 kids and have never worried of our dog being aggressive or too hard to handle. You'd think that if they'd charge extra for handling him they'd at least do a decent job. That wasn't the case for us. Our poor dog got cut many times, and a severe cut near his private area. There was no mention of it when picked up, so extremely poor communication skills. This isn't the first time this has happened, he's gotten minor cuts in previous groomings but never this bad.

Picture does not do it justice, the groomer took an extremely DEEP, entire patch of skin off one of my dogs. Groomer did not tell us anything at the time of pickup. 2. Groomer called halfway into appointment and said I needed to come pick-up my other dog and they wouldn't be able to service him because he was "laying down". Granted, he is an 80 pound dog who is very shy so it does take help to get him on his feet, but I have gotten him professionally groomed 6+ times and have never been told by a groomer they couldn't service him. I asked her if they could at least brush his teeth and they said no, groomer didn't do his nails, unsure why laying down would have prevented them from being able to do that. The staff continued to work with her, to socialize with her, now they are able to bathe her and clip her nails. Yesterday, we had a birthday party at the house... Approx 15 adults and maybe 10 kids or so. Morgan did amazing! I was worried and kept her on a leash/harness for a bit, but she did just fine without it. I let her meet people as they game in, she followed Quinn's lead and mostly sat near me in-between people; but she let people come in and out without growling or barking, and accepted treats with paw shakes. I have always been worried about having ppl over -- The first couple times it went poorly enough that I have since avoided it -- so this was nothing short of amazing. I am thankful Audra's team did not give up on us and have helped us get to this point.

We tried a few but were very unsatisfied with them, until we found this veterinary animal hospital. Since bringing in our pets here, we have been very happy and satisfied. They are compassionate and take their time to hear us out and execute the best healthcare possible as needed. Yes can be a bit pricey for some services, but as pet owners we must all look at the future of the health of our pets as they get older and of course unfortunate events that may occur. We took out pet insurance through my husband's work and we also took advantage of their payment options while waiting to get our money back from the pet insurance company. We used scratch pay and were very satisfied with it. We were approved immediately and gave us peace of mind. Recently we lost our beloved Kaipo. We were devastated because we didn't know he had a tumor. Another vet told us that it was probably nothing and not to worry about it. But come to find out it was a tumor and it burst and he had to be put down because he was suffering. He couldn't walk! We brought him to Kyle Animal Hospital where they examined him thoroughly and found the internal bleeding. My fur baby of almost 16 years was put to rest one day before his birth and two days after my birthday. The compassion and the care we experienced with this place was truly heartwarming. It was a time of devastation and sorrow, yet they comforted us with caring and understanding. I take my other fur baby Faith here and my daughter's two cats. I trust them completely and highly recommend them! Thank you for the love and support you showed us during a very difficult time. May my baby Kaipo rest in peace! God bless!
