Once you have gone through the initial enrolling process and gotten into their system, you fill in a request for service online and they contact you within 24 hours (usually it is closer to 12 hours). During stays, Best Friends Fur Ever have great communication. Sometimes they will upload pictures. They will reach out with any issues they have and respond quickly if you have any questions. The employees here clearly love dogs. No matter who the employee is, when we go to drop our dog off they get really excited to see our dog. He, in turn, gets excited to see them. We love that Best Friends Fur Ever will take care of grooming needs while we are away. If possible, they will trim nails, bathe them and express their anal glands. Finally, the biggest reason we choose Best Friends Fur Ever, is our dog always seems well taken care of when we return to get him. If he is happy, we are happy.

The sitters vary but all are enthusiastic based on the reports they leave. After every visit the sitter leaves a note of when they came and left and what they did. They also usually text us an update and a picture of our birds. We come back to a stack of reports. The sitter stays a while after the food, water, and paper are changed to make sure the birds aren't acting weird, and I hear that some singing goes on. We've never had a problem and have be accommodated at very short notice when we want to go away for the weekend. I highly recommend this company. 1/27/20 Update: Just used them again during a ten day trip to Hawaii. I'm pretty sure our birds are in love with Alex, who came for most oF the visits. At the time they started, we had two dogs, one of whom was elderly and needed extra TLC. Not only did Tim, our walker at the time, provide that, one time when I was traveling for business, our Daisy got out, and even though it wasn't his day to walk her, when Tim saw her, he immediately stopped what he was doing, let her back in, and texted me to let me know. After Tim left Daly, our current walker Julie started, and the high quality of care continued. As our Daisy's health began to fail, Shelly and Julie were solicitous and caring, and when Daisy crossed over, left us a card and watched out for our younger dog, Camden, while he mourned his big sister. Camden loves Julie SO much that he gets excited when he hears her car pull up, and is a giant smiling wiggleworm of a pup when he sees her. In short, I LOVE Daly!
