They share videos on Instagram (crateescapebaltimore), it's great to occasionally get a glimpse of her being happy and kind of lazy while the younger dogs are having a crazy good time. Myself and my wife work long hours (RN & FF) and have been using them weekly, several times a day, several days a week. See Spot Walk tries to go above and beyond, bringing in packages, feeding them or cleaning up accidents in the house. We have used the house sitting services several times now to go on vacations for a week at a time and have another vacation scheduled with them soon. We were completely shocked when we came home brownies on the counter, house cleaned and new sheets on the bed. We had an issues one day when the dogs got in a fight and one was injured (puncture wound) the employee sent tons of pictures, calling and I believe she was really worried she offered to take the dog to the vet and cleaned up the blood and dressed the wound. When our trouble maker, separation anxiety dog (I need to write a review for puppy prozac also..) ate something she shouldn't she sent me a picture of the destruction and cleaned it up. We are notified immediately upon the employee arriving and leaving sometimes with pictures that are really appreciated and always finish with an update of who and what bushiness was done. When we moved from Chesapeake to Virginia Beach I was worried it would be to far for Chelsea to visit and we would have to find another dog walker (when it was just Chelsea) but she kept hiring to keep me happy. My mom has used this company before during weekend trips and had good results. Recently, she used…read morethis company (Chelsea is the owner's name) for a 3 week period when she went out of town. My mom left on a Thursday. Sometime around that following Sunday Chelsea told her Monster was having diarrhea and accidents inside the house. Chelsea seemed proactive at the time and bought "calming aides" in an attempt to reduce Monster's separation anxiety and stress. They did not work. Unfortunately, I live 3 hours away. I don't know all of the conversation between my mom and Chelsea but from what my mom told me, Chelsea made her feel like Monster was getting better. After nearly a week of confusion on my end of whether her dog was ok or not, I went to my mom's house that next Friday. Now, although no one expected Chelsea to clean up diarrhea inside my mom's house, I was taken aback by what I saw. ***This might be a little gross to read about, but I want to be honest about the condition of the house and animals for any future or current customers*** Her dog who is usually excited to see and greet everyone he knows, was lying on her floor, with no energy. The only thing that moved were his eyes, tracking me through the house. There were dozens of old and new diarrhea spots all over my mom's two carpeted bedrooms and several spots of vomit. Her hallway, kitchen, and living room had countless droppings throughout the laminate and tile. I threw away two large area rugs in the living room that were completely destroyed by the messes on it. Even the walls and washer/dryer had poop on them. It looked like one animal had licked up one of the accidents in the hallway. There were cat paw prints that tracked poop onto the bathroom counter. It was upsetting to see and heartbreaking to find her animals in this condition. Monster had poop on him and the carpets starting at least 5 days before I got to him. It was dried and caked onto his body. I went to PetSmart on Laskin Rd in VA Beach and the girls did an amazing job getting everything off him. After 2 hours of cleaning my mom's house I drove Monster and I back to my home 3 hours away. We got home at 11pm and the next morning he had vomited pure water twice and had several accidents. I took him that morning to an emergency vet. He was given an anti-nausea injection so he could keep down the medications they prescribed him. He was given an antibiotic and two different probiotics. I gave him medications around the clock for 10 days as well as a special bland dog food diet. It took nearly 4 days for Monster to regain his energy and act like himself. I will say that the cats seemed to be ok although they were hiding in my moms closet (which I've never seen them do). There was food and half a bowl of water in their dishes when I got there. So I do believe Chelsea was stopping by, just unclear to me if she was going 3x a day as my mom was paying her for. I will say my mom's dog does get separation anxiety when she leaves for an extended period of time. So Monster getting sick was inevitable. However, if you are receiving money to care for a pet and their well-being I would expect next time you let the family know just how seriously ill their animals are. Chelsea's text to my mother when my mom told her I was on my way to check on Monster was, "Just tell them to watch their step, most of it is dry and on the blue carpet" (meaning the area rugs I threw out). We felt very mislead by her. Even that quote is misleading because it was literally everywhere, not just the two rugs. Not sure what she would have done had I not come down there and taken Monster. Worse, we aren't sure what would have happened to Monster or the cats.

First, they have an app that allows you to see when the dog walker arrives and leaves-- not to mention there's a timer that runs during the visit. As an overprotective puppy parent, I was super excited to know my puppy was being tended to rather than hoping that someone would text me or praying that when I got home there weren't any accidents... The app enables an interface where the dog walker leaves comments and even lets you know about pees and poops with symbols (how cute?! And refined.. ha).
