They will take it from there. I normally take him in the afternoon and he comes home so tired he just eats dinner and goes to bed. On the rainy days, it's great to have an alternative to staying in the house. The rates are reasonable, the onsite groomer did a wonderful job with Hendrix. And best of all, you can watch your pup play by downloading an app. ( for a small fee, I think it's less than $5 a month). Day care payments are automatically drafted every two weeks and if you choose to get your pup bathed while at daycare, it's added to your bill. Just call Melissa and make the appt. Once you have gone through the initial enrolling process and gotten into their system, you fill in a request for service online and they contact you within 24 hours (usually it is closer to 12 hours). During stays, Best Friends Fur Ever have great communication. Sometimes they will upload pictures. They will reach out with any issues they have and respond quickly if you have any questions. The employees here clearly love dogs. No matter who the employee is, when we go to drop our dog off they get really excited to see our dog. He, in turn, gets excited to see them. We love that Best Friends Fur Ever will take care of grooming needs while we are away. If possible, they will trim nails, bathe them and express their anal glands. Finally, the biggest reason we choose Best Friends Fur Ever, is our dog always seems well taken care of when we return to get him. If he is happy, we are happy.

Dropping him off for the evaluation day went great, the front desk was very thorough and even told me that I could call to check in and see how he's doing after 2 hours. Previously my puppy has gone to a different daycare, but at the Wagging lounge you can tell the staff enjoy what they do and love dogs. When we picked him up afterwards he was happy and worn out, and the staff all said "Bye Ted!" on the way out. Overall, great experience for a dog owner and my happy boy. Ended up purchasing their $100 for 3 daycare deal (purchase only on evaluation day). I will continue to take him here!

They do have snacks and meals for purchase though, such as homemade turkey meatballs, and a chicken protein bowl. The best part is that you can watch your dog live on their WebCam. This definitely gave me a lot of peace of mind to be able to see how my pup was doing and interacting with the other dogs. From 12 PM to 2 PM, the cameras are off for nap time. When I went to pick him up, they gave me a little report card with his mood, the new dog friends he made, and a brief overview on how he did. I definitely think that this is good for dog socialization. Regarding the price, to board your dog it's $69 a night. They have recently changed their system to involve a reservation system due to high demand, but honestly we have never had an issue getting our dog in on a day that we needed him to. They will give your dog a meal if you bring it with your dog. One note, it's best to remove your dogs collar before dropping off, to minimize the risk that they will forget to give you the collar back at pick up. In fact I think under the new system they request this specifically since Covid started.

It wasn't a huge amount of money for those things but it felt a little nickel/dime since my bill was nearly $450. Just get a written quote up front.
