This location has sadly gone a bit downhill. We used to frequent the self wash but it's broken nearly every time.

Honestly they have everything imaginable for pets! Experts to ask questions to, lots of supplies,…read moremedicine, toys, food, etc. I think the only thing that could use some help is the front of the store. Lots of pets seem to use the potty there and it's stained. Probably a pretty hard problem to keep track of but it would be nice not to see or smell that when walking in. We will definitely be back, thank you!

When I dropped her off I get a call that she had a "tick". I have been going to pet smart on Chandler Blvd for years with all my dogs. This was on Germann St. For some reason when booking on line it always bumps me to that store even though I set my store for Chandler Blvd. Anyway, they said if they found anymore "ticks", they would call me. Well, they did. Told me they would give her a flea and tick batch but I needed to come get her. I spoke with Joshua the grooming salon manager, at least that is what he told me. He said that my dog would not let them dry him with the dryer (I know that to be a lie) never had any issues with the other pet smart. So that sends up a red flag to me. My dog is 6 years old and never had a tick, but I am sure she did. The part that got me so upset was that when I picked her up, the had shaved down her back in the middle. Nothing else. Her nails were not done, that has nothing to do with ticks. When I picked her up, Airiala (that is what her name tag says) very nasty and condescending stated "it is our policy to stop immediately and provide NO MORE SERVICES. I said, "show me the policy, I want to see it." She said well no, it is not a policy I didn't say that." Oh she certainly did. She wanted to argue with me so I left and called the manager, they gave me a Stephanie whom I doubt was not the manager. They would not let me talk to Joshua. I even said to her before I left, look at this place, it is filthy, dog hair (and I mean dog hair) all over the place. There were 3 groomers standing at the front desk doing nothing but chatting instead of cleaning the dog hair up. I will NEVER bring my dog here again. I am going to call corporate for their deceitful practices and their nasty lying attitudes towards customers, including Joshua and Stephanie, the so called MANAGERS of the grooming salon.

Since that time three years ago, we have been coming here with our other pug pets that we have adopted- not only for food, but for their veterinarian needs as well. The second time was in seeing the hospitals doctor whom "come to find out" was actually the owner! It was a professional & pleasant experience for our senior pug Mo. We've been back now numerous times for checkups and vaccine's visits with our newest addition Marvel and we have had nothing but knowledgeable, kind and helpful staff. Every visit has been very positive for our fury babies and they have been treated so well by all the employees. Note-They do have a long wait list so make sure you call way in advance to get an appointment. If it's an emergency for their hospital they do not have the ability to get your pet seen right away unless you "luck out" and there's a cancellation, but the odds of that happening are very slim. There is not an immediate "emergency" services hospital available here. Store-There's a nice shop adjacent to the hospital that offers many different types of pet products for every type of pet, Including treats, toys and healthcare merchandise to explore. They have a grooming salon, pet boarding and pet adoption program offered here too! Recommend- Highly suggest getting on their monthly newsletter which is sent via email. They send out detailed information to inform customers of their happenings. They also provide deals on their products & promotions so sign up for with their rewards program. This will be helpful if you are constantly seeming to purchase pet food (dry) like we do! If so, this just might bring you a free bag after you hit a certain quality! We are gifted that perk with their Nurisource brand. Seems love, compassion and kindness breeds well within Marketing Street Pet Depot from our experience anyway.

I am filing this complaint against Puppies N Love regarding the sale of a dog that, in my…read moreexperience, was affected by serious hereditary health issues that were not adequately addressed after purchase. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed because I believe the business failed to provide fair and meaningful resolution despite the significant financial and emotional hardship that followed. After purchasing the dog and bringing it home, we learned that it had major medical problems that ultimately led to more than \$8,000 in veterinary expenses. Both our veterinarian and the surgeon advised that the condition was hereditary. Despite receiving this information, Puppies N Love has not, in my view, accepted appropriate responsibility for the costs associated with the dog's condition. Any assistance discussed appears to be limited to store credit rather than meaningful reimbursement for the substantial out-of-pocket expenses we have incurred. I am also concerned about the representations made during the sales process and the company's warranty practices. At the time of purchase, we were given the impression that the dog could potentially be bred or shown, which suggested a certain level of health and suitability. Because of the dog's medical condition, those options are no longer possible. This has caused me to question whether the dog's health background was fully disclosed and whether the information provided at the time of sale was accurate, complete, and responsible. As a result of this condition, our dog now requires two surgeries and may face a diminished quality of life at a very young age. This experience has been emotionally distressing and financially damaging. Through this complaint, I am requesting a fair resolution, including meaningful reimbursement for the veterinary expenses related to the hereditary condition, as well as accountability for the manner in which this sale and its aftermath were handled. I believe consumers deserve transparency, accurate disclosures, and responsible follow-through when serious health issues arise after the purchase of a pet.
