Those three words cause a tail-wagging frenzy in our house and the entire drive to camp. Walk in the door to Camp Bow Wow and immediately be greeted by pleasant smells, a well appointed rustic camp ambiance, and a friendly greeting for you and your pup. By this point, Wentworth is already tugging towards the doors to play with his pals in the back. He's off. But I never fear... I can see him on the numerous video monitors showing the entire play areas. I can even see him from home, via the video monitors on the Camp Bow Wow's website. Cool, right? Setting up an appointment or reservation is super easy by phone or online. I pay when pick Wentworth up at the end of his stay. ***Reduced rates are even offered for multiple dogs or package deals. All of this is great. But the best part is the evident happiness I see in Wentworth when I pick him up. He loves this place even more than I do. Thanks, Bow Wow - It will be a peaceful night at home. Bring your dog, you won't regret it. Wentworth thanks you for it (and he'll make another pal).

I feel like everybody has had the experience in previous jobs of not liking their coworkers as well as having crappy bosses. Here, everyone works well with each other, and we are truly a community. We look out for each other, and my bosses are always making sure that I am getting the recognition I deserve. I don't know where I would be without this job. Getting time off is not a problem and neither is sick days. Management is very understanding when I need a break or am going on vacation. I genuinely feel looked after by them and appreciated.

My cat…read moreis 10 years old and has always been very shy and aggressive with anyone other than myself. For her entire life vet visits were extremely traumatic for everyone involved and because of this I had only brought her in a few times. We were having some inappropriate urination issues, which seems to have been resolved with a simply prescription diet change. I brought her in two days in a row (we gave her a calming medication for her 2nd visit and full exam) so we had the opportunity to meet two vets and two technicians. Everyone was so understanding and helpful; it was such a great feeling knowing i can actually take my cat to the vet now! Thanks to everyone at Cats Preferred, I am so grateful to have found you!

All have been great except for one Doctor named Dr. SHIRLEY. Sometimes one expirence destroys the rest. Our cat had a mass. We were clear to minimize stress and procedures on our high anxiety cat. The vet used a fine-needle biopsy without telling us there was a more definitive core biopsy was an option until AFTER!!! The results were inconclusive, forcing our sick cat to endure more stress and waste our resource money. They ignored our primary concern, and SHIRLEYS CHOICE created more trauma. She could have given us all the information but instead she gave us the option she thought was best and took our money depleting resources that we didn't have to begin with at the time due to our other cats cancer treatments. If SHIRLEY actually listened we would have done the other type of biopsy but she didnt give us options. We've lost all trust at least with that particular Dr. If you have a complex case, you cannot trust SHIRLEY. I AM SO MAD YOU BROKE OUR TRUST AND STRESSED OUT MY BABY STOLE OUR MONEY TAKING FROM HIS NEEDED CARE. I can earn more money but I can't undo the damage or unnecessary stress SHIRLEY caused our family while were already going through grief. SHIRLEYS lack of care and communication made a horrific time for our family even harder when it didnt need to be that way. SO FRUSTRATING!!! I thought we had something good but you gotta judge every single Doctor as a person because there is always a SHIRLEY hiding amongst the good ones. I feel like SHIRLEY needs help with compassion and open communication. She shouldn't withhold information because she thinks she knows best. What if someone caring for her health did that to her? Not very admirable. Other doctors at this clinic are great and provide open communication and giving us options and they really care but be SURE TO AVOID SHIRLEY!! I don't care if this sounds mean...people should know her name if they come to this location....if I could I would give everyone a 5 star and SHIRLEY a 1 star. I guess a 3 to be fair to average the score because we are not allowed to score individually. We do really appreciate the care and help from everyone but Dr. SHIRLEY. We wasted over $1000 of resource and we still need a another biopsy...meaning double stress for our cat...that money we would of prefferef to use on the other type of biopsy had we known about it. We also lost a month of time of health decline due to this situation. We could have had results and a better biopsy but we had a Dr. Shirley.

Staff stand around, not interacting with the dogs. There aren't enough groomers & they aren't scheduled appropriately, so appointments that have been scheduled for weeks, even MONTHS in advance don't get done & Front Desk staff take the heat for it. The front desk staff go the extra mile and speak with your vet to make sure the dogs have appropriate vaccinations and a clean bill of health. This saves the owners so much time, dealing with the back and forth. They are also so warm and caring the moment you walk in to drop off or pick up the pups as well! The live feed is amazing to look at so I know my pup is having fun and being a good boy! They also offer grooming and nail care that get can be done while they are there as well. It is an amazing service to have and they take such good care of all of the pups. I can't recommend Adogo Pet Hotel Ridgedale location enough!!
