Staff stand around, not interacting with the dogs. Ops manager seems more concerned with putting up COLORING BOOK pictures on the door & in the hallway than working on the place or helping people work together. There aren't enough groomers & they aren't scheduled appropriately, so appointments that have been scheduled for weeks, even MONTHS in advance don't get done & Front Desk staff take the heat for it. Some owners have even given up end-of-stay grooming altogether because it doesn't get done.

The front desk staff go the extra mile and speak with your vet to make sure the dogs have appropriate vaccinations and a clean bill of health. This saves the owners so much time, dealing with the back and forth. They are also so warm and caring the moment you walk in to drop off or pick up the pups as well! The live feed is amazing to look at so I know my pup is having fun and being a good boy! They also offer grooming and nail care that get can be done while they are there as well. It is an amazing service to have and they take such good care of all of the pups. I can't recommend Adogo Pet Hotel Ridgedale location enough!!

I've taken my pup to quite a few doggy daycares/boarding and Camp Bow Wow EP is our favorite!…read more First day of daycare is FREE, so why not try it?! They have cameras in every room so you can always see what your pup is up to. They start with a slow introduction with dogs, slowly increasing the number in a room to ensure your dog is okay and not overwhelmed. They have a website for easy online booking or an app as well! I love the app as I waste away my afternoons watching the cameras to see her play! Staff has always been so great and my dog LOVES it here!! When you board, you can specify when and how much your dog eats. You can add on services such as one on one interaction time, snuggle, grooming, nail trim, etc! On your first day, you get a welcome packet and photos of their first day! Minnie and me love it here!

During the summer, spring, and fall she is a-okay because she's walked every single day - but when the walks are shorten because it's 10° we all know what happens. Cue: doggie daycare consideration. They seemed a little understaffed, but hey that's the new normal with COVID. What I can tell you is they average about three dollars an hour with me to take care of my puppy... the same price I'd pay a neighbor kid to walk them - but I get 8-10 HOURS of puppy free time. ... AND puppy is usually completely spent for 10-15 hours after I get her back. She knows exactly what / where Camp BW is and loses her stuff every time we pull up. So - for me five stars. Will update if I get wonky salon services. But for the most part the staff is courteous enough - the hours are right - and it seems to be priced okay. For now I will keep recommending (and budgeting for) CBW for my sanity in our cold MN winter months.

Those three words cause a tail-wagging frenzy in our house and the entire drive to camp. Walk in the door to Camp Bow Wow and immediately be greeted by pleasant smells, a well appointed rustic camp ambiance, and a friendly greeting for you and your pup. By this point, Wentworth is already tugging towards the doors to play with his pals in the back. He's off. But I never fear... I can see him on the numerous video monitors showing the entire play areas. I can even see him from home, via the video monitors on the Camp Bow Wow's website. Cool, right? Setting up an appointment or reservation is super easy by phone or online. I pay when pick Wentworth up at the end of his stay. ***Reduced rates are even offered for multiple dogs or package deals. All of this is great. But the best part is the evident happiness I see in Wentworth when I pick him up. He loves this place even more than I do. Thanks, Bow Wow - It will be a peaceful night at home. Bring your dog, you won't regret it. Wentworth thanks you for it (and he'll make another pal).

I feel like everybody has had the experience in previous jobs of not liking their coworkers as well as having crappy bosses. Here, everyone works well with each other, and we are truly a community. Getting time off is not a problem and neither is sick days. Management is very understanding when I need a break or am going on vacation. I genuinely feel looked after by them and appreciated.

I can't say enough wonderful things about her service! Tabatha emailed us a note plus photos of our dogs each day she was at our house for pet visits. It was nice to be on the road for work yet be able to see that my dogs were such well-taken care of. Tabatha treats your pets like she would her own animals. I recommend Tabatha so highly that my dog groomer is actually going to pass out Rock Star Dog Walking & Pet Sitting business cards to her customers.
