I LOVE that it's all women, it makes me feel 100000x more comfortable. They always go above and beyond. At least once or twice my girl has had accidents in the house (those puppy days) and they've cleaned it up! They keep a notebook at your house and you get a note each time - which is really nice to come home knowing she took care of all her business, or even if they noticed something concerning. I've even had one of the owners/managers text me immediately when they've noticed something REALLY concerning. I have a Furbo camera so I sometimes end up seeing them bringing her back into her bedroom, and it's clear they love her just as much as I do, and it's clear Annie loves them. I have sacrificed other things in my budget in order to have them come 4 times a week, and it is completely worth it for the peace of mind I get during the weekday. ADW was recommended to me, and I am SO glad. I don't think I could recommend them enough.

We stayed at the Loews Hotel and the hotel recommended Tim when I inquired about a dog walking service. I never met Tim and only spoke to him on the phone and exchanged emails and texts with him. However, my pup was happy and calm when we returned to the hotel room. The pup was calm in the way where he'd gotten a good bit of exercise. Tim left detailed notes about their hour long walks. I first spoke to Tim about a month ago when I made reservations for hour long walks for Friday and Saturday nights. He was enthusiastic and responsive from the moment I spoke to him. He immediately returns emails and phone calls. I was slightly apprehensive about leaving my pup with a stranger and letting that stranger into my hotel room but Loews had told me that they'd been working with Tim for at least a year. We made plans to meet prior to the first walk but we cancelled because my husband and I got a late start getting to Annapolis and couldn't make the original meeting time with Tim. I spoke to him that afternoon and he assured me that everything would be fine and the Loews staff knew him really well. Based on other conversations we'd had and emails we'd exchnaged - where Tim was always full of tips about dogs and loved to talk about his other dogs - I had a good hunch about him. So I went with my gut and just left a note at the hotel front desk authorizing him to enter my room and walk my dog. Both nights, I came back to a happy dog and a nice, detailed note from Tim - all for a reasonable price. I plan to ask Tim to care for my dog whenever we travel to Annapolis.

I thought I should share. :) She is 10 weeks old and they did her very best with her, he said they treated her like family and this helped make her feel safe throughout the entire visit. Dr. Brown and her staff were also kind enough to send us home with a Welcome Bag full of incredible information and additional puppy food and toys! We're so grateful. The cost of her initial visit which includes her 2nd dose of vaccinations was $140 with the New Client discount that they were offering. He said the routine physical was extremely thorough and Dr. Brown gave her vaccination without her noticing... so awesome! Shout out to the cheesy lick mat too! They were also kind enough to give us her flea & tick medication as a chewable, first one free - courtesy of the clinic They gave great & insightful recommendations to her feeding regimen as we had questions about starting Raw Diet, well as general hygiene with product recommendations that were pocket-friendly too. They said another puppy just came in with salmonella from Raw Diet so advised us to keep the kibble with some added supplements for the extra nutrition.. great idea! We'll definitely be coming back here and bringing our cat as well to be a patient of theirs. Thank you to the staff who took care of our little girl today

We were recently seen here for our dog and referred for a surgery. The veterinarians themselves who…read morehave provided care have been great. This review is related to support staff, Missy. We needed the x-rays before we could schedule a surgery for our dog or even a consultation. We needed to follow up numerous times to receive all x-ray images. We understand that technical issues may arise and impact their ability to send all issues in one message. I had advised MISSY on my previous call that we were only receiving one at a time and would give her a call back if we had an outstanding photo. However, when we called to ensure we had all images MISSY responded with a rude condescending tone advising that she had sent them three times. MISSY was not kind, sympathetic or understanding that we were trying to have our dog receive the care she needed in a prompt manner. I told MISSY again we did not receive them and only received 2 of the 3. I asked MISSY not to be abrasive with me because I was just trying to obtain the images to send to the surgeon vet so a consult can be scheduled. MISSY agreed to send them again and hung up the phone. This call left me in tears as I was just trying to get the x-ray images to schedule my dogs surgery. I did speak with PAIGE also who was lovely and helpful.
