Dr. Brown and her staff were also kind enough to send us home with a Welcome Bag full of incredible information and additional puppy food and toys! We're so grateful. He said the routine physical was extremely thorough and Dr. Brown gave her vaccination without her noticing... so awesome! Shout out to the cheesy lick mat too! They were also kind enough to give us her flea & tick medication as a chewable, first one free - courtesy of the clinic They gave great & insightful recommendations to her feeding regimen as we had questions about starting Raw Diet, well as general hygiene with product recommendations that were pocket-friendly too. They said another puppy just came in with salmonella from Raw Diet so advised us to keep the kibble with some added supplements for the extra nutrition.. great idea! We needed the x-rays before we could schedule a surgery for our dog or even a consultation. We needed to follow up numerous times to receive all x-ray images. We understand that technical issues may arise and impact their ability to send all issues in one message. I had advised MISSY on my previous call that we were only receiving one at a time and would give her a call back if we had an outstanding photo. However, when we called to ensure we had all images MISSY responded with a rude condescending tone advising that she had sent them three times. MISSY was not kind, sympathetic or understanding that we were trying to have our dog receive the care she needed in a prompt manner. I told MISSY again we did not receive them and only received 2 of the 3. I asked MISSY not to be abrasive with me because I was just trying to obtain the images to send to the surgeon vet so a consult can be scheduled. MISSY agreed to send them again and hung up the phone. This call left me in tears as I was just trying to get the x-ray images to schedule my dogs surgery. I did speak with PAIGE also who was lovely and helpful.

Our dog is quite nervous and anxious, but all of the walkers truly understand dogs and have been incredibly patient with her as she develops trust with new people. They knew how to make her comfortable. The benefit of using a company instead of Rover is that when one of the dog walkers moved on to a new career, the company had a new employee ready to take over so I didn't need to spend time searching for a replacement. Tails on Trails is very reliable and they take great care of the dogs. I'm not sure why some of these older reviews are negative, but that certainly hasn't been our experience at all.

To…read moremake a long story short, the data that was provided by the walker was inaccurate as to the times she was reporting for the visits which were suppose to be 30 min according to the website, but the owner said they were for 20 min, although this was not specified in the contract. We know that as our house has multiple cameras with LIVE view as well. One camera was sitting right in the living room, with a green light on it, so it was not even hidden. What really aggravated us was how short some of the walks were and what actually was reported. Once we got back we confronted the owner with the info, not for any type of refund or other but just informational so she knows. She did confront the walker who apparently denied that the visits were not cut short. Altogether not very happy and will not use them again.

Bela was running the house as our commands were literally falling on deaf ears! Alisa taught us to communicate with Bela using hand signals. She now follows instructions like a champ!
