They showed up on time and he did an EXCELLENT job on my Rocket. When he came back into the house Rocket was, calm and happy and looking great! So I know he was extremely friendly and gentle because I can tell when Rocket gets stressed and he was definitely not stressed. We paid for an hour service and he was done in 25 mins. we paid additional for teeth cleaning and that never happened. I'm so disappointed and will never go back there again. waste of money. they returned him in the same shape he was brought in. all they did was take our money and never told us about services they couldn't preform. never again.
