I've been bringing my dogs to the PetSmart grooming salon pretty regularly, and I've always had a…read moregreat experience. All of the groomers I've dealt with have been wonderful. My dog can be a little difficult because she absolutely loves people but does not like being around other animals. The grooming staff completely understands her needs and always accommodates us by keeping her separated from the other dogs. I really appreciate how patient, understanding, and caring they are with her. The customer service doesn't stop at the grooming salon either. While I was waiting to get my checkout slip, one of the employees working the registers noticed I had my toddler with me and helped by grabbing the slip for me so I could get checked out quicker. That small gesture made a big difference and was very much appreciated. Then, after I had already left, I realized I had forgotten to pay the groomer for the microchip. I already had my dog and toddler in the car, and as a mom, I definitely didn't want to have to unload everyone just to run back inside. I called the store, and the gentleman working the register was incredibly kind. He actually came out to my car and took the payment for me to give to the groomer! That was above-and-beyond customer service. Between the amazing grooming staff, their willingness to accommodate my dog's needs, and the genuinely helpful employees throughout the store, this location has earned a five-star review from me. As I found the back of the line a young man came forward and ushered me over to his register. I told him I was there to pick up an online order. He got my name and my bag, but I noticed a toy was missing. He quickly looked at the slip and the bag and realized that there was in fact a missing stuffed pickle! He went and got me a replacement and I was in my way. Very good experience at the holidays which can be hard to come by!
