Used to be a pleasant store, atmosphere has changed! Watch receipts to make sure you're not being overcharged! Many of the products that are sold are toxic. Like greenies for pets, etc. Toxic scented kitty litter, etc. Change is inevitable but this change is definitely bad! When I came back into the store to say that I was overcharged by $10.00 the manager raised his voice, started yelling at me. Not a positive experience! read more

Wish Genavive was still there. This store is not the same. No one greets you when you enter like she always did. They need to learn there customers and address them by name. I miss seeing Genavive. Every time we entered she always made us feel welcomed and would always address us by name. Also I don't understand why wellness core does not carry puppy food. I even asked the Representative and he said it doesn't matter puppy food is the same as the adult food. That is not true. I felt like he was feeding me BS. read more

Don't waste your time ordering online for pickup - it's basically a catalog and then they HOPE it's in stock. Instead of my GO TO pet store - Premier Pet Supply which are so awesome on service -- I ordered from here to pickup as it saved me about 10min driving and I had always wanted to shop here. Ordered a dog life vest, credit card, signed up for account - about 10min to do that - and off I went to the lake... stopped and went in store to pick it up.... Ummm...wellll... the clerk says... we don't have it in stock. What?! What use is the order and online if you come all the way to store and no inventory!! Then she started to try to tell me "maybe it just came in and hadn't gotten to the shelf yet"... come on - this isn't a Walmart size store.. NOR did she offer to go and check (because she knew no way was it waiting in back -- just like I did). Wasted my time. Terrible experience. If you can go IN the store and find something - maybe (reason for 1 star) but otherwise - I am out. It will be my last resort. Go Premier Pet Supply or anywhere else if possible. Terrible. read more

Great location. Store is really large compared to my normal stop and the staff is again really helpful and friendly. They have a store cat which just hangs out on the cat houses. That's great to me. I really love all the Pet Supplies Plus locations. I have to go to the pet store for wet food or the fresh fridge food super often for my older, finicky eating cat because of medications I have to hide in food or other reasons. With how often I go it's good to know there are great sales and helpful team members there to get me what I need and let me know if something is going on sale soon. They always have a coupon stuck in the isles too if something is on sale which is awesome. The food I get my little guy is not cheap so anything helps. I recommend stopping in if you are in the area. read more

Do not get your dogs nails cut here unless you want pain & blood. And shame on me, I gave them a second chance. Never again. Blood all over clothes, car, house, and park. Called manager to let them know (watching out for other dogs) he said he "talked to employee". My dogs paw is shaking because her nail was cut way too short. The employees here are really the best! I recently bought two ferrets from them and when I say they went above and beyond for us I really mean it. They all went out of their way to make sure the babies had their shots as soon as possible so we could take them home. They called me to keep me updated and really took great care of the ferrets until we were able to take them home. LOVE THIS PLACE and all other Pet Supplies Plus'. First off the prices CANNOT be beat...anywhere else you go, Petsmart, Petco, etc. way more $$$$$$$$$$ and way less service. If you are shopping anywhere but a Pet Supplies Plus you are getting ripped off...believe me, I have been to all the other stores in the past 8 years. What I love about this store is how much the employees care about their jobs and helping you find the very best thing for your pets specific needs. They are more than happy to go and look in the back, special order, etc. Another huge plus to this place is the cats that 'live' in the store, you'll be shopping and a friendly gray cat will appear out of no where and hop on your shoulders purring like crazy...who doesn't love that? Ok, maybe not everyone, but it's nice to see these cats taken care of as opposed to being in a shelter or on the streets. They also have cats/kittens constantly for adoption and work with the local shelters on adoption to minimize euthanizing due to the over population in these tough financial times. Big plus. They will be the 'middle man' for donations to the shelters/humane society as well. Overall, great service, great prices, and great people...it's a winner in my book!!!!!!!! read more

Slowly walking the aisles the the store with my leashed Australian Shepherd. An orange colored cat, hiding in the shelves, jumped down from the shelf attacked my dog scratching her nose and drawing blood. Unknown that there would be an unfriendly loose cat in the store, perched on the shelves, both myself and my dog were unable to avoid the cat until it was too late. Frightened and shocked I immediately removed my dog from the aisle, wiped her nose, and quickly came to the front of the store to inform the staff. I mentioned to a Pet Supplies Plus team member there was a loose, unfriendly, cat in the store to which they replied, "Yeah, we have two of them. Sorry about that." The Pet Supplies Plus team took no action to investigate the cat that attacked my dog, nor did they apologize in any way. We will not be back to this location. I would recommend keeping all animals on a lead while in the store or giving animals a monitored space to play within so something like this does not happen again. read more

This place is an effing joke! The prices are through the roof, I honestly DON'T know how some other people think they have such great deals! For dog sweaters and Halloween costumes, you can get them at Petsmart for $8-$12 cheaper then you can at this flea bag! (Pardon the pun!) The selection of toys here, is pathetic and the prices are again astronomical!!!! For what I payed for TWO toys here, I could have gotten at least five or six at Petsmart, or some cute outfits for My pup instead! And the Potty Pads are $30 for a 100 count box HA! I can go online and for $10 more I can get a 300 count!!!
