Bought fish from this store and it ended up introducing disease into my established tank. Within days, fish that were perfectly healthy started getting sick and dying. This tells me one thing, no proper quarantine, no real health checks, and zero accountability. A fish store that can't keep basic biosecurity under control shouldn't be selling livestock at all. After calling them all they offered was to sell me product to clean my tank.. definitely won't be returning. If you care about your tank, your money, or the lives of your fish, look elsewhere. Took my 1 and a half year old corgi, Salem, here to be groomed for her first grooming! We got Alex the groomer and he was amazing! He was so sweet with her (Salem) and did such an outstanding job! She looks unbelievably adorable! The cut also was a traditional Pembroke Welsh Corgi cut! It really brought out all her features! I just asked for her to be trimmed up and sanitary, so I was so pleased it turned out beyond expectations! The shampoo smells amazing and her coat is still shiny even a week or so later! read more

This is the worst haircut my doodle has ever had. When I dropped him off, Alex the groomer, and I agreed on a length from a 1 to 5 swatch of fur lengths. We agreed to a 4 but no less than a 3. I later got a call saying that the dog's hair was more matted than he thought and had to step down a size (I am thinking from a 4 to a 3 like discussed), I said ok. When I picked up my dog, he was shaved and poorly shaved at that. You can see different blade lengths on his side as the groomer was trying to decide how close to bald to go. The face was uneven, and the nails were hardly cut. I believe Alex the groomer had too many dogs and decided to rush through this one to get to the backup of dogs (since I didn't buy the additional package upgrades). Also, there was a misleading coupon saying 25% off the full grooming package. I thought that's what I had a haircut, bath, and nails. He said that of any additional add-ons, not what the coupon said. I thought with the coupon I would try this place from grooming. I will never go back, and I will never buy or support this store again. read more

I needed to purchase a bucket of cat litter (35 lbs.) and cannot lift it into a cart. The female cashier got it for me and also took it out to my car and put it in the cargo area. She did not have any assistants that day so she did it herself, which I really appreciated. This store is always nice to shop in, they have a great selection and the personnel are very pleasant and helpful. They have a groomer in the store every day and our dogs get their nails trimmed there. They send me coupons quite often, and I feel that I get good value for the money at that store compared to other pet stores. read more

The owner, Brian Slater, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I overheard him make a racist remark that made me extremely uncomfortable. I was appalled to hear a grown man, and business owner, say something like that. On top of that, he seemed annoyed and uninterested to help me when I asked where something was. Store has good selection of food but employees do not follow company "grab and go" philosophy with merchandise. Just carried a 30lb bag of Fromm out to my car and of the 3 employees standing at the front of the store, none of them even offered. Store ALSO tried to sell me an opened bag of Fromm...when I got out to my car I noticed pieces of tape holding the bag together. I brought bag inside and employees told me that it wasnt "really" opened...that they just put tape on it if it opens because of how it arrived from distributer. They then offered me another bag to which I said I would prefer that seeing as it was a $60 bag of food. The employee brought me up an undamaged bag but again just handed it to me without offering to carryout to car. read more

There is a problem with the register not having same price You will not be helped after if you can't prove that was price on shelves at time of purchase. I was in here a couple of weeks ago..and i can honestly say that i have never seen ball pythons in WORSE condition in my life. I'm actually surprised that they were still alive! Although, there was a baby in there that i swear was dead...it was nothing but skin and bones..no body mass at all and it was not breathing. I found this all to be extremely upsetting and will NEVER return to this place again..it was pathetic. I have a lot of experience keeping these snakes and i can't even describe how awful their condition was. Some of the other animals seemed ok..but i wouldn't bet on it. horrible. read more
