When I went to pay, the cashier informed me the price was $70 + a tip. With my previous male Cavalier, the highest price ever paid in 16 years was $48 + tip. He was twice my female's height/weight with a much heavier coat. I thought $70+ tip was excessive for a 12 lb. Cavalier. I thought the groomer did an okay job but never trimmed any body fur and the butt was a bit scruffy and looked a bit unfinished. Chest feathering was not trimmed at all. Being retired on a fixed income, I think I will look around more before I schedule my two year old Cavalier for her next grooming appointment.

He was hairless to the point you can see his bones. I paid $122 which includes de-matting but he has no hair so what was departed? Literally shaved him bald. I never received a call asking for permission to cut off all his hair. My dog doesn't even look like himself. Every time I look at him I want to cry because I'm so angry. I called to cancel his future appointment and i was asked what happened and did I want to go to another location. No THANK YOU! Will no longer be utilizing their daycare or boarder services either because I don't trust them with my fur child.

This place is small but they manage. It is caged but the cages, at least in the front, that "showcase" doesn't seem that bad. I thought my dog would do terrible but he was just patiently waiting there and didn't get riled up even seeing me. Staff is super friendly. I had Erin do my dog's grooming and she was very welcoming and made me comfortable right away. They check for vaccines. Mainly rabies. You fill out a sheet and it asks about health concerns and I mentioned the trachea. She said they won't have him leashed around the neck.
