I have never had a problem , except for not always having everything I need. I placed an online order, as I always do, using a coupon code. Couldn't completely be fulfilled so the coupon didn't work. when I called and spoke to the manager Yvette, she apologized and said there was. nothing she could do and call corporate. I asked why she couldn't and she said they don't have that kind of power. Weird since others have done it before and corporate said she she could have. Nice spot to pick up supplies for your pets. We stopped in to look at items for our fish tank. Which their selection wasn't as great as the other places. But I did see way more selections if you were shopping for a cat or dog. read more

For the most part I have always had great experiences here. There are a few employees who could use training, but Aubrey isn't one of them. She has always gone above and beyond to help me with my needs and has mad wit a point to learn my families names. To say she absues her animals is absolutely ridiculous. People supposedly witnessed abuse yet did nothing to document it or report it? I'm calling BS. Sounds like somebody who has a personal issue with her and feels that getting her fired is the best way to get to her. read more

I used to go to Petco and PetSmart for my cat food and supplies, but I have been very happy since I started coming here. They offer curbside pickup and ordering in advance, which is great. They are also constantly offering deals through email which is especially useful since I buy in bulk most of the time. The only thing that could use work is the amount of staffing. The staff is lovely but sometimes a line can build up quickly thanks to not enough registers/too many customers in the store. Anyway, I highly recommend coming here for your pet's needs! read more

I shop at Pet Supplies Plus weekly for my daily pet needs. They are extremely well stocked for cats and dogs (huge variety of dog food!!) and price match when their prices are beat. They have a wide assortment of live pets to adopt, and especially fish. They even sometimes get special pets in (They have an axolotl! Who has an axolotl!?). They consistently stock specialized foods for my snakes and lizards (frozen mice and live crickets, respectively). They have a well stocked aquarium section but don't carry Seachem chemicals which are the best (Seachem Prime!), but I can settle for Aqueon to make this my one stop shop for pet supplies. Most employees are extremely knowledgeable about proper pet care. Mallory, Destiny, Mike and Azalea are all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They sometimes have Cockatiels (they get sold extremely fast!) that are a treat to play with (but not touch!). read more

I have never in my life been to such a horrible business that hired such a manager to represent this store. This has been my 3rd interaction with this girl I think her name was Gabby? She was extremely extremely rude with a terrible attitude. She acted like none of the customers mattered. Was on her phone most of the time I was in there and she even approached another co worker talking about me while I was still in the store! Needless to say something needs to be done and until then I am never going back there and i already told my family and friends to not waste their time and spend a dime at a place that treats their customers like crap. It's not like she was just "having a bad day" this was my 3rd time with her and each time I was extremely disappointed. A couple of my family members said the same thing when I brought it up to them. I will not shop there again due to the fact that I purchased dog food that was stacked all together with a sale price of $49.98 upon checking my receipt the charge was $56.99. The manager came and we went back to where the food and signs were and she told me the one I bought wasn't on sale and she agreed the signs are deceiving. Blue Wilderness adult small bite, in with all the other Blue Wilderness, same size bag! I took photos of there sale signs also, and got names of manager and general manager.
