My sweet Ahsoka was clearly nervous to both be separated from the people. She was familiar with, and also to face a new experience. The staff took the perfect amount of time to put her at ease as they introduced themselves to her and to us. We were quite comfortable, leaving her and this location left us much to do during the time of her appointment about 30 minutes before they were finished. They contacted us to let us know that she would be ready. We returned at the time they said to a puppy that was clean, well groomed, beautiful, and extremely happy. I could not have asked for anything better. Beyond grooming, the location is just exquisite. The variety of items they have for sale and the knowledgeable staff that are so friendly really add to the experience. The variety of items that they offer is extensive and it is prepared in such an elegant manner. it's hard to resist making a purchase.
