Javier and the staff at The Pooch Room are a godsend. I deeply regret not knowing about them before and I am so grateful for their kindness, competence and compassion for both my dogs and me. Not to mention how adorable, soft and fluffy the dogs are. They are patient, they took on my dogs knowing our history and they will be my groomers for as long as I have dogs in my life. I've been trying to find a reliable dog groomer in Boston who doesn't charge an arm and a leg, and I've found them! Super professional and efficient. I was running in between appointments and needed them to watch my dog for an extra hour and the staff were super accommodating and understanding. A bath and cut for my dog was about $120 which is an amazing and totally fair price. My dog has been having a lot of mats but the groomer did a great job at untangling and de-matting. My Scottie came back smelling fresh and looked super happy. I was told he was a good dog and had fun playing with the other pups there (which is unheard of due to his r reactive personality).
